The property is really cute and the neighborhood felt safe. We were only there for one night so the set up was perfect. Others haven’t treated the property very well so there is some signs of wear and treat. The property was clean though.

The space was pretty nice and convenient.Some of the areas had old wrappers and dirt from people who stayed previous to us, and the chairs/couch did have some large stains that made us not want to use certain areas of the furniture. Our family did love the garage area to play ping pong and hang out!

The property was clean & furniture was comfortable. Everything worked in the unit. The host was great to communicate with as well. Kitchen was fully functioning. Each bedroom & bath were well stocked. The unit was not far from downtown or Opry. We will rent again for another Nashville excursion.

Overall this is a decent set up for VRBO and is spacious enough for 10 people. The three bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms are great. It is a good location and it is equipped to have kids and pet friendly as advertised. But additional bedding is needed to comfortably sleep 10 and a check up on the air mattress. We couldn’t get it to stay inflated. If you are a large group confirm sheets and bedding available. Communication while we were there about a couple of small items was not always clear I think because of using AI or chatbot in responses.

Nice Property

We needed a place to stay while our house got renovated and this was a perfect little place and neighborhood in the heart of Donelson. We enjoyed walking around the neighborhood and watching the trains go by every morning and evening. Clean and exactly what we needed!

Great place

This place was perfect for us close to everything and very comfortable . It was nice after driving a long way to see free cold water in the refrigerator. Good to see they care about the little things and not just the profits . I would stay again next trip to Nashville

Great place to stay!

The house we stayed at was perfect for our trip. Wasn’t too far from Broadway but far enough to not have to deal with as much traffic! We never did find the hot tub that the listing stated was there. However that could have been our own fault and doesn’t take away from the house and experience! Would stay here again.

Great place with lots of space

We enjoyed our stay here. Smelled and felt like new construction. Hosts were gracious with complimentary waters, plush towels, shampoo and a few extra laundry and dish detergents. We folded a huge dryer full of white and black towels. Sheets were nice and clean. There were a few areas that could use a deep clean including the bathroom mats but the rest was great and we would stay here again! One consideration: you are right on the train tracks and the trains are frequent and blow their horns often. Also, a lot of new complexes are being built and construction starts at 6am sharp, so bring your ear plugs for sleeping.

The washing machine did not work, we let them know and they stated they were aware. The place had not been cleaned from the last guests, we figured this out due to their admission that the cleaning services can get behind after letting them know that there was coffee still in the coffee machine, and small dog hair everywhere. We would have left except it was Memorial Monday and the only other place we could find was a resort. We were there for my Father in Law’s quadruple bypass surgery. So I cleaned, and we tried to make the best of it. But on day 3, after booking another night so we could stay another day to help and visit more after my Father in Law’s surgery, we were locked out for 7 hours because they couldn’t get the key code to work & there was no one nearby to help. I was on the messaging app for 6 1/2 hours straight waiting & writing to get updates to be able to get back in. Mine and my Husband’s medication was inside, they were the least helpful hosts I’ve encountered. On the last day, I got a rash on my face from the towels and/or possibly the bedding that lasted until a couple of days ago, as well as my Husband on the top and backside of his head.This is the 1st time I have written a negative review, please don’t book with this hosts properties, you will regret it.I have screenshots of the conversations between with David on the app, took pictures and videos. They said they would call, I try to give ppl grace; it’s been 2 weeks, so I’m writing this review.

You're right to call this out. The washing machine issue, the turnover cleanliness gaps, and especially the 7-hour lockout during an already stressful week should not have happened, and we're sorry it added to that stress. We've since reviewed our cleaning turnover checklist with our crew and are upgrading the entry/lock system so no guest is left waiting on access again. We're also having our linens supplier and laundering process reviewed given what you described. We appreciate you documenting this in detail — it's exactly the kind of feedback that fixes real gaps, not just words.

Please do not book with these hosts, this is the 2nd bad review I have written bc we had 2 bookings. And the only negative reviews I have ever written. I cleaned the VRBO, I have a message from David that stated that the cleaning crew can get behind. We were locked out for 7 hours, I spent 6 1/2 hours straight on the app trying to get that resolved. They were less than helpful, I kept getting back messages stating they were making it their highest priority, they did not. I would have booked somewhere else after I realized it hadn’t been cleaned, however my Father in Law was having quadruple bypass surgery (why we were in town) and it was Memorial Monday and the only thing available was a couple of resorts. Therefore I made the best of it and cleaned. Got to the laundry, and the washing machine agitation, and spin cycle did not work. I let them know, however they responded that they were aware. We both left with a rash on face & head, either the towels and/or bedding. They were to call, it has now been 2 weeks, with no call so I am warning others. Please do not book with this property, worst host experience I’ve experienced. I waited 2 weeks for a call before writing this bc I try to give ppl grace. I have pictures, screenshots of all messages and videos. I did not want to write a bad review but they are not good ppl, I should have written the review after the first 48 hours of leaving without the phone call from them but I am entirely too nice, too often.
