Entièrement rénové bungalow 1930 est inférieur à 10 minutes du coeur de Broadway et du centre-ville de Nashville! Abby Gordon conçoit du sol au plafond. Ceci est l'endroit idéal pour une visite mémorable à Nashville.

Cette maison a été un travail total de l'amour pour les 9 derniers mois, nous avons travaillé sur chaque pouce de l'espace pour lui redonner la gloire! La plupart de la maison est tout neuf, tout en laissant des éléments d'origine chaque fois que possible, comme les portes et les cheminées de poche ainsi que le plafond de la carte de talon dans l'arrière-salle.

Abby Gordon, connu pour son style simple et élégant, a été chargé de faire toutes les intérieurs et quel travail qu'elle a fait! Nous sommes confiants que vous voulez prolonger votre séjour dès que vous passez une nuit dans ce bel espace.

A great place to find peace in the midst of a busy visit

The house was clean and well maintained inside. It felt good to stay there and allowed us to regroup to go out for more fun in Nashville.

We loved our stay at this cute little place! We were so close to everything and the neighborhood was so cute and quiet! We did have issues with the AC and the owner was amazing at responding and helpful with the issues!

Green Day concert

We stayed in this property for my teen daughter’s first concert. This house is super accessible to downtown and everything in between. I wouldn’t walk far from the property but we were able to drive/park downtown with ease. Neal was extremely helpful and a great host.

Cute and convenient stay in Nashville

Property is cute clean and easily accessible. In a nice neighborhood with great amenities. Traveling w a family the single bathroom w vintage tub and curtains wasn’t ideal but for a couple or single travel would work well! If traveling along would stay here again!

Wonderful PropertyNear Downtown Nashville

This home has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. It has been restored while keeping all the best details of a historic home, most likely pre-1940 The kitchen has been updated with all stainless steel appliances and a sink. Plenty of towels and bath items. Great heating and cooling system. I would recommend this home to anyone who would like to rent a home with a great location. The owner, Neal was great and made sure we were happy with our rental.

The neighborhood was a little sketchy. Saw two strung out people when we took a walk in the area. One asked us for money. Not having a car was an issue as there were no stores or restaurants within walking distance. The house was adequate but could have been cleaner, esp bathroom.

Attentive Host

We arrived early and asked to check in an hour before check in. The host was very responsive and allowed us early check in. Had contact with the host a couple of times during our stay for a very minor issue and he always immediately responded. Positive experience.

Comfortable stay

We are a family of five with little kids stayed in the house for a week. It was a comfortable and pleasant stay. The house is very cute and had everything we needed. It is conveniently located within 10 min drive to the airport and the center of the city.

Relaxing stay

I could go on and on about how wonderful our experience was. My family and I loved this beautiful little bungalow and it was equipped with everything we needed. The location was good with a quick 10-15 minute Uber ride to many attractions. The owner is very responsive and friendly. We will never forget the memories we made here. I absolutely recommend and would love to go back someday.

Wonderful respite!

My husband and I stayed at this charming property with our two young sons. We were looking for a place in Nashville accessible to all the activities, yet far enough away that our kids could get normal rest. Nothing was more than a 15 minute drive away, and everyone slept comfortably on the great mattresses in the home. We enjoyed having the yard, the porch swing and even enjoyed a fire in the firepit one evening. This little house is charming and has all the amenities you need. The owner was responsive to a question we had during our stay as well.

Nashville stay

We enjoyed our stay here with a few exceptions. The house really needs blinds/curtains in the bedrooms and kitchen. The tub is hard to get in/out of and should probably be converted into a walk-in shower.

Amazing weekend in Nashville

We loved this house! It is a beautiful older home with new modern decor touches. We loved having coffee at the table in the morning and the subway tiled kitchen is adorable. We had a great dinner at the Peachtree Neighborhood Grill which is in walking distance. We highly recommend this house for a Nashville trip!

Quaint little house with so much character!

A friend of mine and I were in town for a conference and loved staying at the Peachtree House! It was in the perfect location to get pretty much anywhere within about 10 minutes. We enjoyed the fact that it was quiet at night and so easy to get to! 10/10 would recommend!

Great location

Cozy bungalow in a quiet neighborhood with everything you need for a short stay. Loved the front and back porches! Easy 15 to 20 minute Uber to the airport and Broadway, but off street parking is available if you have a car. We would definitely stay again on our next trip to Nashville!

Cute house, great location!

The bungalow was super cute and comfortable with plenty of space for the four of us. The kitchen was well-appointed and we had our breakfasts and snacks there each day. The location was convenient to downtown Nashville as well as the airport and some tourist attractions we checked out — including Belle Meade and the Grand Ole Opry. Two things that could be improved upon are the mattresses in both bedrooms which were very hard and the extremely high (and dangerous) claw foot tub in the bathroom. The tub may be in keeping with the time period of the house, but it’s difficult to get in and out of and the is no where to place soap or shampoo in there. Replacing that antique fixture with a walk in shower would be a huge improvement for utility and safety of guests.

Just Perfect

Property was exactly as listed on the website. It’s an old home that has modern updates, but still retains all of the charm of the original. The neighborhood is very quiet. Located only a $10 Uber ride from Downtown. Centrally located. 10 minutes from Broadway, 10 minutes from the airport , and 15 minutes from The Grand Ole Opry. Wil definitely consider staying again.
