Summary:
The Sunshine Chateau is just 3 miles from the heart of Nashville. You'll be a short Uber ride away from Music Row, where you can explore Nashville's entertainment industry. Don't forget to visit the Country Music Hall of Fame! Or check out the numerous local bars, restaurants, activities, and shops in downtown.

The Space:
The main room consists of the living room and dining room. Comfortable seating is gathered around a Smart TV (Netflix, Hulu, ESPN, etc.) and steps away is a dining table for 4. Right by the kitchen, there is another table for 4. The kitchen is great for homemade meals and is equipped with a drip coffee maker, blender, toaster, dishwasher, and more! But if you don't feel like cooking, we highly recommend checking out one of the local eateries for some Nashville chicken sandwiches or BBQ!

The main bedroom holds a King bed and en suite bathroom. The 2nd bedroom is great for the kids and has 2 Twin beds. The last bedroom has a Queen bed. There is a shared full bathroom as well.

There are 2 assigned parking spots and plenty of street parking nearby!

Neighborhood:
Two miles from downtown (about a 10 minute drive). Near TN State Univ, Vanderbilt, Fisk & Meharry. Two blocks to Hadley Park w/ tennis courts/indoor pool/gym.

The College Hill/Hadley Park neighborhood is a historic area near colleges & universities. Swett's Restaurant, a local favorite with southern cuisine, is a 1 minute drive on 28th & Clifton, the 28th/31st Ave. connector takes you to the Parthenon in Centennial Park and the Vanderbilt area where there are lots of restaurants & entertainment venues.

Great location

Ten minutes from downtown Nashville and ten minutes to USN River Campus made this the perfect spot for my group of ultimate frisbee parents.

Cute house in Nashville west side.

We arrived at our rental and it was just this week expected. The rooms look just like we thought only there was much more space than we expected. The rooms were very good size and larger than we thought they would be. The access to the facility was very easy and we had no problems with it. we really enjoyed our stay and May very well rent this unit again

Football weekend

We enjoyed our stay. The accommodations fit our needs. $15 uber rides to Broadway St. The management company that handles this property was apparently having system issues. I received a number of emails saying I had a balance (which was paid). I would contact them, they told me not to worry about it, then I would receive more emails that my reservation would be canceled because I had a balance. We did not receive check in information until about an hour prior to our arrival. It would have been comforting to have this sooner considering the cancelation emails that I received. When we arrived, the AC and WIFI did not work. They did send someone out to fix the AC but did not fix the wifi. Not a huge deal for us, but if you're needing it, you may not have it. Overall a good place.

Disappointed

Overall this was an ok experience. We had a variety of things that came up while staying at this property. - The toilet doesn’t flush, in the main bathroom off the kitchen. There would be a simple fix for this which would be a nominal cost. - The same bathroom door doesn’t close without using significant force. - There is a dirty ceiling fan in the living room. My husband turned it on and I had to ask him to turn it off because it was throwing dust everywhere. - The closet door in the 2 single bedroom doesn’t slide on the track. - The instructions made it clear there were multiple labels we were to put on the dash of our car to avoid our car being towed. We contacted the manager to let them know there was no label available. We were told they would bring one the next day. We were concerned, about our car being towed. After a few communications, we were told to put a paper on the dash with certain information. Our car was not towed but it certainly was concerning.

Nashville stay

Property was as listed. Must have missed in the instructions where each person gets one bath towel for the entire stay. You can do a load of laundry. Only really complaint was the central air conditioning. Seemed to work but could not hold the temp setting during the heat of the day.

Our stay

The home was beautifully furnished. It was clean and well kept. Our problems were the constant noise of loud music and screeching from constant speeding cars. The neighbors were loud and at one-point they were outside of one of our windows. It also could be because of it being on the corner. Lastly we were itching from the bedding it too could have been due to the detergent used.

House was perfect for our family. House was just as listed.

At first was little concerned about neighborhood, but had no issues, people we met were nice. House was just what we needed for our family to stay in with my daughter at Vanderbilt. Would definitely rent again. Thank you very much.

Convenient location!

The house was very conveniently located for us to go between a concert at Geodis Park and to hang out on Broadway....a quick Uber ride to either place. It's in an obviously older neighborhood but is located in a university area, so I felt pretty safe (we had NO issues). It appeared to me that the neighborhood is in the process of a revitalization. The host was very responsive. Overall, a great trip!

Nice clean place

Very easy to check in. Clean place that looks like the pictures. Beds were comfortable. It’s a little far from downtown and the neighbourhood isn’t the greatest. Not many stores or restaurants in walking distance so shouldn’t stay here unless you have a car.

The interior of place was nice, beds we’re comfortable, one bathroom shower is quite outdated, kitchen only had 4 forks and one dish towel so need more of those; otherwise, our stay was pleasant.

Meeting family

We spent the time at the house to catch up with family. Nashville was our halfway point. The house is close to downtown, which is very convenient. It is across from a college campus, so a little noisy at night.

Birthday trip!

Our trip was wonderful! The location of the apartment is convenient. Close enough to downtown Nashville to do all the fun stuff, drive, or Uber with ease. The king room with the attached bathroom.. the bathroom floor is unsteady by the shower. Other than that no issues! We had a wonderful trip!
