Tailored for groups of friends or families, our home is strategically located just minutes from downtown Minneapolis and St. Paul, as well as attractions like Top Golf, Surly Brewing, the Shingle Creek Trailway, and the Eugene H. Hagel Arboretum.

Inside, enjoy the comfort of an open kitchen, dining, and living area with a gas fireplace and two sleek flat-screen TVs (65" upstairs and 70” downstairs). The entertainment hub doesn't stop there – venture into our recreation room for a large bar, foosball, and arcade games, perfect for easygoing evenings with your crew.

Outside, soak up the good times in our outdoor swimming pool (Summer-Only) or unwind in the hot tub, available year-round. The backyard deck is your spot to chill, furnished for relaxation.

This house was set up perfectly for our four family trip. We enjoyed using the pool and hot tub. The house had everything we needed and is updated and clean. The host was extremely helpful and kind with great communication.

This place was definitely a hidden gem! The host went above and beyond to make sure that we were accommodated and comfortable. The pool and hot tub were very well kept, and the house was immaculate! Even stocked with water and snacks! Highly recommend!

There were several issues with our stay. 1. The pool was filthy and unavailable for use. We did receive a partial refund for this inconvenience, however our kids were very disappointed. 2. There are no steps going from the cement to the deck, only 2 large stones. No railing to hold onto for safety.3. The backyard/outdoor area was unkempt.4. The house was dirty, dusty and had cobwebs. 5. The refrigerator leaked on the freezer side, bottom corner door.6. Sink drains clogged.Overall, we didn't spend much time at the house, but while we were there, we needed to fix and clean things that we shouldn't have had to. Sending this as a helpful rating for the owner. The property can be a beautiful space with some fixings.

Overall, this was a great property and experience. Our host communicated very well, and check in was so easy! The host's nephew kept the pool clean for us during our stay, and they had some fruit and breakfast foods at the house for us upon arrival. We got stuck in a storm and checked in very late, so this was incredibly appreciated by our group!! We had plenty of space and beds for 4 adults and 4 adult-sized teenagers. There were televisions, games, laundry, beach towels, pool and hot tub to entertain us when we were at the house. I would definitely recommend the home and host!I think it is important to mention that this is not a fancy house. It is an older home and does need some TLC. Several reviewers posted photos of door frames that are falling apart and the refrigerator leaking, and these are accurate depictions. The house was clean, and there was enough of everything. However the dining table and chairs were wobbly and needed tightening. Also the neighborhood overall has a feel of needing TLC (Ex. weeds/lack of lawncare, run down porches, old cars being worked on in the driveways). I mention this not to deter anyone, as none of this impacted our trip, but I do think it bears mentioning that you are not staying in a luxury neighborhood. We did not feel unsafe or disappointed in our rental. I mention all of this so you have the proper perspective going into your decision. Overall, the house and neighborhood need a little love and attention.

Minneapolis Family Weekend

Everything was as described and we were very pleased with the property. Kids loved having the hot tub. My only critique would be to get more details about the property prior to arrival which could have been helpful for the weekend when packing. Would stay again.

Fun house to gather with friends.

Had a great girls weekend. Resting and relaxing. House is clean and nicely furnished. Hot tub was great but could have been hotter. Host was great with communication. Would be fun to come back for the pool in the summer.

The house wasn't cleaned very well after last visitors. The refrigerator wasn't cleaned. Patio area wasn't cleaned - garbage under patio. There was some noticeable disrepair including a broken closet door, loose toilet seats and broken toilet paper holders. The towels were very thin and felt like burlap. We also ran out of garbage bags.

The condition was terrible and has made the stay nothing like what we had hoped for our family Christmas celebration.We are not fussy people at all, so when we started noticing things, we tried to deal with it, but the filth and disrepair is just not at all acceptable when you are charging people to stay. We have been using Vrbo/-------- for many years and have always had good experiences. We understand the general standards of the conditions are not white glove like in a hotel, and that is not at all what we expect when we rent a home. Here are the issues we have dealt with: Driveway:- Very icy and dangerous- Garbage bin was overflowing about 3 ft’ above the top edge when we arrived. With the holiday, that means it won’t get picked up until Saturday, so we just have to keep piling it higher. Then, we will need to get it to the street without it spilling…that much garbage should not have been left for new renters. Kitchen:Cupboards were dirty outside and inside. - - Disarray and junk inside like dirty, crusty rags, open food packages, empty cleaning supply bottles, broken hardware, tons of crumbs/debris, dried spills. Garbage pullout is somewhat broken.One of the bifold closet door panels is broken off. Bathrooms:Showers were filthy with resid

Wonderfully Spacious

The week of July 7th we met family in the middle at this wonderful home. We took our dog with us and went on walks around the neighborhood. Neighbors were all friendly and waved when we passed by. The house was very spacious for the 8 of us -6 adults and two teens. It fit our family perfectly with room to spare. We played games, watched a little tv, swam, hung out in the hot tub, used the grill, played board games and just had a good time together. Of course we took advantage of the central location getting downtown in 11 minutes (sculpture garden and NE artist area) and just about anywhere else (Maple Grove and the Mall of America) in 15 to 20 minutes. The host was quick to respond to any questions/needs we had, which we appreciated greatly!! Thank you for being such a great hangout home for us!

As advertised

Clean and spacious as described and seen through the pictures. The owner was communicative and responsive. The hot tub jets make a loud screeching noise that don’t sound right, but we still enjoyed it without the jets on- nice and hot! Mortal Kombat arcade game did not work. Also, there’s some sort of new town ordinance that requires you to register, which we were not told about and only found upon arrival, which we felt we should have been told about during registration.

Great Spot for a decent price

The house was a great place for me and my buddies to stay for our snowboarding trip. Only reason it's not 5 stars is due to the hot tub not working one of the nights that we stayed. The host was very easy to communicate with and work with and even refunded us some of the cost for the fact that the hot tub didn't work (and the hot tub was a major priority when looking for a place to stay). However, the actual experience of staying here was dampened by the fact we all were very much looking forward to a nice soak in the hot tub after snowboarding all day and we get back to the house and its 78 degrees and not getting any warmer. So we're very appreciative of a partial refund due to the hot tub not working but that doesn't change the actual experience we had so I just don't feel right giving a full 5 stars. But if you're reading this and think I'm being too harsh due to the fact we were partially refunded, then just consider it a 5 star stay and you'll probably be pleased with booking this place.

The host was not attentive at all, the home needs a lot of care , repair, cleaning. Here are some of the issues.-door missing on front closet-driveway covered in ice upon arriving, had to go buy salt for safety of my family and spread on diveway-home was 54 degrees when we arrived-home smells of fish or dog-fridge and freezer leakes water so we put towel down to protect flooring-fridge and freezer not clean-some of dishes in cabinets not clean-had to buy dishwasher pods ourselves-hardwood floors disgusting, our white socks were black by end of day-kitchen garbage drawer would not close-no garbage or recyclebin outside to put garbage in-hot tub not warm and was cloudy. And had crusty stuff all around-master bed door was coming off hinges and could not close-bathroom showrr curtains moldy,-showrrz not cleaned-lower level toilet seat broken-stais not vacuumed- the fire place was nice, it helped warm up the big room- i feel this property should be taken off listings until items are addressed.

Family trip

Our family was in town for a wedding and we needed a large home to accommodate 8 adults and 2 children. I found this house and it was the perfect size for us. It has 2 levels with 2 bedrooms upstairs, a king and a queen and 2 bedrooms downstairs with a queen and king. The bedroom downstairs that has the king, also has 2 twin beds. There is also a bathroom and small living room downstairs too. The kids enjoyed the pool and it does have a jacuzzi, but it never gets very hot . One of our only issues with this house, it was not equipped with towels, plates and silverware for 10 people. I contacted them about the towel issue upon arriving and they brought more new towels and had them back to us in a couple hours. They were always very easy to get in contact with. The beds were all very comfortable. I feel if they correct a few minor details in the house, this house has potential to be a great rental for a large group of people. It was the perfect size for our family. 10 mins from downtown area.

Nice getaway

Overall this was a nice house and a great stay. Nice managers to help when we needed something. East check in and out process. Great parking space in the driveway! Attention to detail and cleaning would be my biggest concern. We found the house to have very dusty pictures on the walls, dust and hair in the shower, the soap dish had goo from the past renters with a new soap on top of it, the towel bar was dangling off when we arrived, and dirt on some walls and doors. I’d suggest to add some hooks so people can hang things since there are no closets in 3 of the 4 bedrooms. Or a space to put clothing/ personal items in the rooms. With a pool it’d be nice to hang wet towels too. There was only one pool towel- so good to know to bring your own Online photos showed a bag of coffee by the coffee maker that said “thanks for booking”… but that was not there when we arrived. We loved the living room space and open kitchen. Great hang out space. Overall good- just needs some attention to detail

Due to a water problem in the basement Elias refunded part of my payment. What was really moving to my family was he left a small memorial for my son in law who just passed and originally had planned to stay with us at the house. Very nice. Elias was great at communicating. My grown grand daughters enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We all needed some down time after the loss of their dad and my daughter’s husband.
