That said, we’re truly sorry to hear that several aspects of your experience did not meet expectations. Regarding the A/C imbalance, we apologize for the delay in response and that the suggested workaround wasn’t more effective. As for the dryer issue and the time it took for the fridge to cool, we do want to clarify that refrigerators are left open between guest stays to allow for proper cleaning and sanitation. When food is loaded into them shortly after arrival, it can take some time for the unit to stabilize and reach the appropriate temperature. In regard to the exterior trash cans near the grilling area — those are managed by the property’s HOA, and they were notified as soon as we were made aware. We completely agree that the delay in removing the trash was not ideal, and we’ll continue to follow up to help ensure it’s handled more promptly in the future. We genuinely appreciate you bringing these items to our attention and have shared all notes with our maintenance and operations teams.
