Thank you for the wonderful review! We’re so glad your group had a great Spring Break and that the kids loved the pool — that’s always a highlight for families. It’s great to hear the home was clean, spacious, and had everything you needed in the kitchen. Being just a quick drive to the beach definitely makes those beach days easy, too! We appreciate you staying with us and would love to welcome your crew back anytime for another fun island getaway.

Thanks for the great feedback! We’re happy to hear you enjoyed the space and location. Hope to have you back for another stay soon!

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're glad to hear your family enjoyed the location, pools, splash pad, and that check-in and check-out were easy. We're sorry to hear some aspects of the home didn't meet your expectations. None of these concerns were reported during your stay, and we would have loved the opportunity to help. Had we been notified about the cookware or missing spatula, we would have happily brought additional kitchen items for you. We also appreciate your comments about the living room furniture and bunk bed mattresses, and we'll be sure to share those with our team for review. Regarding the toilet paper, we provide a starter pack of essentials to help guests get by until they have an opportunity to shop. Thank you again for your feedback, and we appreciate you choosing Padre Escapes for your family getaway.

Thank you for your response and feedback, Nick. We apologize that you felt there was an issue with cleanliness during your stay. Housekeeping can be a tough job, and we all make mistakes from time to time; though our inspectors almost always catch this type of issue prior to arrival. Unfortunately, they must’ve missed it this time. We will address it with the appropriate teammates to ensure that this issue does not persist going forward. We hope to welcome you back again and we thank you for choosing Padre Escapes.
