You're gonna want to Tropic Like It's Hot in this brand new unit at Smuggler's Cove. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath unit is furnished with relaxed seating and has room for the entire group to enjoy. The open concept living area allows the family to spend time together whether cooking, relaxing, or getting ready to get some sun. The kitchen includes white granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and everything needed to cook for the whole family! The property also has a resort style pool and a playground equipped with a giant pirate ship. This brand new two bedroom / two bathroom unit can easily sleep up to 8 people in comfort! Located across the street from the Gulfstream condominiums.

CLEAN BED PROMISE
-Padre Escapes promises to launder every comforter, every sheet, every TIME!
-After every stay we replace all towels & linens (including the comforter, which most people don’t do) with clean towels & linens from our 5500sf laundry facility where they are washed in temps of at least 60sC/140sF, exceeding CDC recommendations.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family’s arrival.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
-A two-night minimum stay is required.
-Contracting guests of Padre Escapes must be 25 years of age or older. The guest must have a State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID.
-PET-FRIENDLY PROPERTY: MAXIMUM OF TWO PETS. There is a $100 per pet fee for all stays 7 days or less, $200 for stays of 8-29 days and $300 for stays of 30 days or greater. In addition, there is also a pet-cleaning fee of $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days and $100 for stays of 30+ days.

Too much Control

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was lackluster. The unit forced too much control, we did not get a key to the unit and we could not even adjust the A/C. Even if we changed it or changed the schedule on the system, it would default to the online schedule, which is controlled by the host, and for some reason, it would always drop to the 60's Fahrenheit. This caused my spouse to become sick and ruined our stay.Would not recommend, would not stay again.

Spring Break

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Would definitely recommend this rental, especially if you have younger children. The pool and playground are great with easy access. The beach is very close, you could drive or walk. It is only about a block. We did both. There is a restaurant within walking distance. Only a short 3 to 4 minute drive to other restaurants and groceries. There are only 2 things I think this rental could improve on and that is putting a code lock on the back door and seating in the living room. Without a code lock on the back door as well as the front it was kind of inconvenient to have walk around to the front every time to get in, when parking is in the back. The wicker chairs in the living room are uncomfortable and with 8 people it doesn't give alot of options to sit and gather for dinner or a movie. But those things are minor and I would definitely stay there again!
