SPECTACULAR views! Our rental faced beautiful grassland and you could even see the ocean. Overall inside was beautiful as well, the bathrooms were all very nice and there was plenty of space in both the bedrooms and living areas. The only thing that didn’t match the descriptions was that the common area grills were not really in working order. Thankfully the rental had a skillet we used on the stove to grill our burgers.

SPECTACULAR views AND plenty of room to spread out? We LOVE hearing that! We're so glad you enjoyed the beautiful views, spacious layout, and the home itself. We appreciate the heads-up about the common-area grills, too. We'll notify the HOA about that. We're sorry they weren't in the condition you expected, but we love that you improvised and still got those burgers cooked! Thanks for choosing Padre Escapes. We hope to have you back for more views, beach time, and Island fun soon!

Overall, the property was very nice, beautiful spaces and the location was good. Check in and check out was smooth and it was easy to contact the host. The icemaker in the main freezer wasn’t working properly and there were no ice trays, but ice trays were delivered. I would recommend a detailed description of the properties floor plan for each level.

We're happy our team was able to get ice trays delivered quickly so you could continue enjoying your vacation. We also appreciate the suggestion regarding a more detailed floor plan description. That's great feedback, especially for guests planning sleeping arrangements before arrival. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience. Nice place. We enjoyed staying there. Kitchen good use a few more things in it. A few bowls with lids to put stuff in so you can place in the refrigerator. A few spices in the condo would be nice also so you don’t have to go out and buy spices especially if you are flying. We will be back.

Great location

Great size for our family - 6 adults, 2 kids and 1 baby. We split time between the VRBO and Port A; this was a great home base. Condo was very clean and kitchen was well equipped. Pool was very clean and great location being directly outside the condo’s back door. I definitely recommend!

Beautiful property, great location, nnice pool, and we enjoyed our stay. The entrance gate worked 50% of the time, and we eventually figured out how to walk through the walk-in gate, hit a lever on the motor box, then the keypad would work to allow us to drive in. Also, the pans in the kitchen are in very bad shape and almost unusable.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback! We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed your stay and that the property had everything you needed. The pool area is definitely a guest favorite. We completely understand your frustration with the parking — it can be tight at this complex, and unfortunately, space is limited to one vehicle in the garage and one reserved parking spot with additional parking on the street. We truly appreciate your understanding and hope to welcome you back again in the future!
