Overall the stay/room was amazing. We had a couple hiccups and they were taken care of in a very timely manner. The only complaint I have is the cleaning crew did not do a great job on the balcony. I spoke with the property management representative and she assured me she would make sure that it was taken care of going forward.

Beautiful view from balcony. Lower level made quick trips up and down the stairs easy to avoid elevator wait. Clean unit, comfortable beds and Roku tvs made streaming easy. Great trip overall!

The ocean view from the balcony was absolutely beautiful, and the condo had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The resort itself was perfect for families — very kid-friendly and welcoming.

Check in was the only minor issue I had. I could not for the life of me easily access the actual unit, which is 302W. When you sign in to Splash you have to list the all occupants and your unit. It was not obviously on the main page for vrbo or the secondary company Swells checkin email. I had to re-download in the moment our rental agreement and finally come across it in one of the paragraphs. Again, not obvious. Maybe i was tired. Otherwise everything was great!!
