Nous louons du samedi au samedi. pendant les vacances de printemps, mi-mai, été à mi-octobre. Certaines locations de 3 à 5 nuits et week-end sont disponibles à la fin de l'automne et à la fin du printemps ou pour des réservations occasionnelles de dernière minute. Aucun dépôt de garantie en espèces requis pour les familles.

Il s'agit du plus grand condo 2 chambres + lits superposés au monde, une unité de coin de 1505 pieds carrés au 4e étage avec un très grand balcon de 335 pieds carrés. 2 familles peuvent profiter du plan d'étage très inhabituel - Les deux chambres principales (avec lits king-size) et la grande chambre ont une vue imprenable sur l'océan et toutes les 3 ont un accès au balcon. Grandparents vacation!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really really enjoyed our week at Splash Resort. Everything the grandkids wanted was there. The water park, lazy river and the pools were so much fun and kid friendly. This is a great place to stay and hope to come back again next year. We did have a problem with the air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. We contacted them for repairs and the next day someone came by. He looked at it and said nothing could be done the unit needed to be replaced. So we crippled through the week with less than normal air conditioning in that bedroom. The unit does need some update with the cabinets and stove but other than that the unit was very spacious and accommodating.

Tremendous potential

This property has tremendous potential. Pros:1- The unit is spacious with lots of outdoor balcony space.2 - the Resort is great, and offers lots to do for families.3 - The views were fantastic and you could watch dolphins and sting rays from balcony.Cons1- Unit was not cleaned/vacummed or mopped. When we arrived we spent the first night cleaning the entire unit, from top to bottom and had to make a trip for cleaning supplies2 - The unit is worn out, there are broken tiles, black mold in bathrooms, the toilet paper rolls fell off constantly, there was damaged and missing furniture, the walls are all stained/ scratched and dented. The appliances are as well. There was very little pots and pans provided, and the ones there had teflon coming off while cooking.3 - There were numerous fake plants just taking up space and covered with dust which was just disgusting.4 - There is not enough pillows/blankets/towels for the amount of people that the condo holds. The mattresses were all stained and were very gross.5 - The remotes for all the tvs were missing batteries and were left open in the main room, we had to go out and purchase new batteries for all remotes.I shared this feedback with Pm the day we arrived and had never received an email back about this. They were very quick to answer booking questions, but once I arrived we didnt hear anything from there.Overall feedback is owner should invest a small amount into condo and cleaning and it could be a 5 star.

We got Splashed!

The unit was very spacious. The couch and chairs were comfortable. I like the fact that both rooms had beach side view and balcony access. It was nice to have beach chairs available and the guys setting up the chairs were very nice. The beds with the pillow top was a bit too soft for my comfort. There were minor things about the unit that were somewhat annoying, for instance: curtains hanging off the rods, stopped up drain in the shower on the left side bath that we had to use the toilet plunger, the drawer sliders in the dresser were broken and the drawers were hard to open or they fell out when opened, the sliding glass door in living room was very difficult to open, burned out light bulbs, outside light in hallway was out and it was difficult to see door keypad, and there was only one working light on the balcony. The room could use some updating as far as furniture and fixtures. For the most part, the room was decent.

Good qualities, with disappointments as well.

The space and size of the condo was great! The kitchen was fully equipped with more than enough dishes, utensils, pots and pans and anything else needed. What was disappointing was the condition of the furnishings. As others have mentioned, the furnishings are more than a little dingy. While the chairs were comfortable, the couch was not and we felt like we needed to cover anything we sat on. In one of the masters, the fitted sheet would not stay on the bed, and one of the toilets ran every time it was flushed unless you remembered to manually pull the handle up, the shower doors were very flimsy, and last but definitely not least, there was no remote control for the television in one of the masters. Also, when we arrived, all 4 smoke detectors were sitting on the table inside the door with a note that maintenance had been called but never showed. They did not appear while we were there either, so the smoke detectors are still not working. I did not contact the owner, during our stay, because none of the disappointments could have been changed while we were there. We would stay in this condo again for the space, but would hope some refurbishing is done soon!

Excellent location, but some things that were off

First, let me say that the location and a fourth floor room were super efficient for getting to the beach, even with a stubborn toddler in tow. The beach was clean and the chairs were always set out. However, after 5 days of being able to sit in any chair without issue, the "chair guy" decided to finally do his job and forced us to sit all the way at the far end for the last 48hrs even though only 10% of the one row of chairs was in use. They didn't even put out the second row our whole stay. I found his attitude super rude. On cleanliness, we are a shoes-off-at-the-door family, so it was rather gross to see our feet black with dirt after 15 minutes in the unit. Additionally, our toddler retrieved a neon pink ball, a pair of socks, an open box of granola bars, and a 3-pack of wrapping paper from under the beds, dresser, and couch within the first day. Whoever cleans this unit is not doing their job. With regard to the Splash resort in general, they do not clean on the weekends, so if you arrive then, you will probably be disgusted. However, during the week they keep things clean. I could see them cleaning and smell disinfectant regularly. During the week we were onsite, there were some definitely messy guests. There was food regularly spilled on the floor of the elevators but quickly cleaned up by staff on our next ride. A guest on our floor also left 3 or 4 luggage racks in the hallway blocking us in until we pushed some loose. We used the grills, which I personally saw being cleaned twice in one week; they were well taken care of. The pools were good except for: the splash pool was freezing cold so no kids were in it for more than 10 minutes of our entire stay. Our toddler preferred the fountain area with the frog and turtle. However the frog and turtle were busted with sharp edges so we had to keep our toddler from touching them. One note about this unit is that the beds are really tall, like 36 inches from the floor. We managed with our toddler and my 70-year-old mother, but it was nerve wracking at times. On the plus side, the beds were super comfortable. For the first 3 days the Roku tv worked great but then it signed out and only 3 stations worked. I called for assistance and was told someone would come to reset it. We waited all afternoon but no one showed up. So, responsiveness was not great. Things that surprised me was that we had a lot of towels (because the welcome email said to bring our own) and the elevators were super fast.

We had a great time!

We had a great time at Splash resort but here are some things that could be addressed about this room:Balcony light doesn’t work.The bunk area is right when you walk in the door with the washer and dryer.It could be updated. The bar chairs are filthy.There are no full length mirrors. Hardly any cookware, plates, bowls, coffee cups, what they do have is not in good shape. The pool closes kind of early at 10:00pm. The couch bed was hard to pull out.The things we liked:The beds are very comfortable. The bathrooms are very big.The lazy river is great.We loved having the beach chairs included with room. The bar and food places at the resort were great and the food was good.It is close to pier park.

Very nice unit. All rooms and decks were very large and roomy. Kitchen had a nice pantry closet. Deck had great views of ocean and Panama City Beach area. I would definitely recommend as place to stay

There were a few small maintenance issues to address (toilet paper holder broken, one of the balcony chair arms broken, nothing major) but overall wonderful room. Great views, well stocked kitchenware, easy check-in, and easy communication.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The place was clean enough (but not great), but there were issues with remotes not working, being broke, or needing batteries. There was a broken chair sitting in the closet, so we couldn’t use it during our stay. The water was slow to come out of the fridge, so I guess it needed a new filter. Of course, elevators are always an issue here. But it wasn’t bad mid week (M-Th). Over all though we would stay here again. Fourth floor was the ideal place to be. The only complaint is that when we brought things to their attention, nothing was done and no one showed up.

Everything was nice and clean and the kids loved the pools and 2 pools are heated and the beach was also amazing nice and warm and blue

Beach life is the best life

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of the unit was perfect. Especially being on a lower unit. The unit could use some updating. The dining room table had a broke chair( I'm sure from a recent past guest). One of the remotes to the kids TV was broken. Minor things and the until having 2 master bedrooms basically made it worth the money.

Great location but needs updated and better management company.

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This spacious beachfront condo has great potential with being on the 4th floor and corner balcony with amazing views. However, upon checkin our remotes and ice maker were broken. The room had a total of 6 bath towels for 2 full bathrooms. The sheets were ripped on the master bedroom and only two small twin size pillows on the king size beds. I called the management company and they assured maintenance would come check out our concerns. No one came!! We had to buy ice daily at $6/bag for our cooler and drinks. Then on day 5 of our trip while washing the towels(as we had to do daily due to small amount given) the washer poured water into the unit. We used any and all towels available to dry the water up, called 5+ times to get ahold of management only to be told you haven’t called....but we will get someone there to look at it soon. On day 7 of our trip Drew showed up with fresh towels and fixed our washer. We had zero towels to use for two days without any concern from management. I went to the front desk only to be told every condo has their own management company they can’t help us. So I can not recommend this condo due to management company and shape of rental.
