Welcome to Splash 1102w. This beautiful condo is located on the 11th floor. Has breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico! Master Bedroom has its own Balcony views and access to the Balcony.

The kitchen is fully furnished with everything you may need from a coffee maker, dishes, pans, silverware, and a dishwasher for easy clean-up after meals. The dining area has a wooden round table with seating for 4.

In the living room, you will see breathtaking views of the ocean from the floor-to-ceiling windows.

The Master bedroom features a king bed, flat-screen TV, and Private Bath. Master Bathroom features a tower/tun combo, double vanity. The guest bedroom features a queen bedroom with its own TV to wind down to at night.

The guest bathroom features a shower/tub combo. Right outside of the guest bathroom is an in-unit Washer and Dryer!

Splash Resort is steps away from the beach, has multiple on-site pools and hot tubs, is close to all the attractions Pier Park has to offer, has its own on-site fitness center and so much more!

*This resort requires guests to register at their front desk on-site - a Registration fee will be collected for each reservation.

Loved our stay!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Blue Swell was incredible easy to work with and rent from. We didn’t experience any problems or issues while we were there. The condo was clean and comfy! While there, we heard so many complaints from other guests about their experience with the company the chose to book with. If you want to book with a company that will take all the stress out of vacation planning, and will be responsive with great customer service, book with Blue Swell! They checked in multiple times with us to make sure we didn’t need anything or have any questions. Won’t book any branch trips without booking through them!

The condo itself was clean & well stocked with everything we needed to cook through the week. The beds were extremely comfortable as well. The only down side we found was limited seating in the living room, our group of 5 (2 adults 3 kids) couldn’t comfortably sit together in the living room.

Fall break trip

We had a great time staying here during fall break. Very clean, had everything we needed for 5 days. We will definitely be back here!

It was okay

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We a bad experience right out of the gate with checking in. We received multiple text messages the day before check in and day off but none of them contained the door code or any other information for getting into the condo. We arrived in the middle of the checkin window (not early) yet, there was no one around to assist us nor did we have any information. I called the 800 number for this company and the operator said she didn’t have any information because she was an emergency line answering service. This was 6:00p on a Saturday. Checkin was 4-7. After 40 minutes, the company finally texted me the door code. Once inside, it looked fine. There was a hair on a pillow. No big deal. We try not to get picky about stuff like that. I will say that the the balcony furniture could use an upgrade. They are only 4 chairs for a 2 door access balcony and a little cafe table. None of which are in good shape or comfortable. We enjoy the balconies at the beach so this was a disappointment for us. In the middle of the stay, we went to wash a load of clothes. I go to put it in the dryer and the dryer wouldn’t work. So we had a load of wet clothes to figure out what to do with. Again, we figured it out and went about our time. I reached out to the company to notify them of the dryer issue and I guess I was slightly disappointed with their response. They weren’t too concerned about it. Overall, it was a good stay and a good deal.

Great experience

Check in to the resort was not a good experience, how we to the room was just fine. Blue swell was quick to respond. The only issue i had was the pictures shown built in bunk beds and there were no bunk beds. That caused issues with sleeping arrangements. Overall great place to stay. Beatififul and the mattresses in both beds rooms were the best ever. Kitchen fully stocked. Great great place to stay. Resort is perfect. I would and will be renting from you again. Amazing! Thank you for a great stay. Ps. Wish you had a broom so i could have kept the floors cleaner.

Spring Break

The property was in a good location, the pool, lazy river, and splash part were excellent. The hot tub was overrun with kids unsupervised and was always over max occupancy. The security would just walk by. Room was good. Elevators were very slow.

Great property and location. Mattresses were worn out and slumpy. My husband didn't sleep well. And the weather was cooler than we would desire but that's nothing anyone can control. Great place and can't wait to come back!

Florida Family Time

My family had a wonderful time. It was very clean and fantastic view. It had most of the kitchen utensils for breakfast . I had to buy a spatula but left it for the next family. Also make sure you read any info in the elevator. We had a fire alarm go off and they were having a drill...posted in elevator. But I don't read ads in the elevator. And bring your on coffee ,creamer,sugar they have coffee pot.

Very clean unit!

Easy rental all the way around. The wifi doesn't work so if you need to work while there, I don't recommend this unit. Contacted the rental company twice just to get a valid password and it never worked. The condo was very clean and the grounds were very clean. My only drawback was the wifi but it was stated that it may not be reliable. Very family oriented complex. I wouldn't pick Splash for a couples vacation, but if the entire family is coming it was great.

Great place for a family to stay

My parents, husband and 6 month old daughter stayed here for a week in early March. The property had great amenities (pools, splash pad, hot tub) and the beach was beautiful. The condo was quiet and very family friendly. The view from the condo was amazing! The kitchen was adequately stocked, however the pots and pans were in rough shape and some unusable. The floors needed a good mopping but other than that it was great and we would return. We appreciated having a dishwasher and washer/dryer in the condo for us.
