Ready to take your beach vacation to new heights? Pelican Bungalow is a gorgeous two-level, top-floor condo at Maravilla Resort with spectacular Gulf and pool views, plenty of room for up to 8 guests, and a warm welcome for your four-legged vacation buddy, too!

Step inside and settle into the spacious living area, where a large sectional gives everyone a comfy spot to kick back after a day at the beach. Open the doors to your private balcony, grab your morning coffee, and soak up those beautiful Gulf views, or wind down in the evening with your favorite drink as the sun sets. With TVs and Dish TV, there's also plenty of entertainment when you're ready for a relaxing night in. The well-equipped kitchen features stainless-steel appliances and granite countertops, along with everything you need for an easy vacation stay, including a dishwasher, microwave, blender, drip coffee maker, tea kettle, cookware, and dinnerware for 8. The dining table seats 6, with additional bar seating for 2, making family meals, game nights, and margarita time equally easy. When it's time to recharge, head upstairs to the private sleeping level. The primary bedroom features a comfortable king-size bed and TV for ultimate relaxation. The second bedroom is a kid-friendly dream with two twin-over-full bunk beds and a TV, comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests. With 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, Pelican Bungalow gives everyone plenty of space to relax and enjoy their beach getaway.

From its top-floor location and spectacular Gulf and pool views to its private balcony, comfortable accommodations, fully equipped kitchen, and pet-friendly atmosphere, Pelican Bungalow has everything you need for a fun and relaxing coastal escape. Come for the beach, stay for the views, and leave with sandy toes and happy memories!

​​​​​​​Maravilla Condo has wonderful amenities to discover and enjoy while staying at Pelican Bungalow which include three pools (one of which is heated), a hot tub, poolside grills, picnic tables, chaise loungers and poolside seating...as well as a volleyball area...all in a relaxing tropical setting. Additional outdoor activities include ping-pong and bean bag toss. Guests have access to free Dish TV and WiFi in their condo or simply stream your favorite programs from your personal digital accounts. There are three elevators onsite. This unit is closest to the back elevator, #3; there are 10 additional steps to get to the unit.

Due to the ongoing construction and in the interest of Safety, the Maravilla business office will be located in unit 121. This is where you will need to go to pay your parking.
A parking fee must be paid to Maravilla office upon arrival. The office does not accept cash. Parking Rules and prices are as follows:
1) Parking Rates will be set at $10.00 per car per day PLUS Sales tax
2) Trailers (Motorcycle) will be charged the same rate as cars and are limited to special event weekends such as Biker Rally Weekend. No other time are trailers of any sort allowed to be parked at Maravilla.
3) Per day rates will be capped after $70.00 per 30 day time period, and the per day rate will start over again on the 31st day.

Although we love guests of all ages, you MUST be at least 25 years old to rent. A photo copy of identification of main renter is required prior to arrival of stay. Laundry located onsite. Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum.

Galveston is an amazing and fun community! There are so many different things to do and see...there truly is something for everyone. Within walking distance you'll find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing and dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages, and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of our many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Post Office where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or "Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream!" The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as an historic setting for live theatre. We love our festivals and special events here in Galveston!

We welcome our guests and work diligently to make your experience memorable. Beach Time Vacation Rentals wants our visitors to be able to start their vacation without a hitch. We have each condo ready with a starter set of essentials including toilet paper for both bathrooms, a roll of paper towels, linens and bath towels, a couple of dishwashing tablets, and a couple of trash bags. Each bathroom has a guest size shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. This is a non-smoking unit (inside).
