Beach Hideaway is in a cozy beach condo located at The Maravilla Condominiums that faces the ocean! Enjoy unobstructed views, salty breezes and
rhythmic waves all while sitting in the comfort of your very own balcony. Enjoy amazing sunrise views from your kitchen den and balcony!
Key Features of our condo:
âž The best vacations include a good nightâs sleep! Staying at Beach Hideaway is
no exception! The private bedroom has darkening curtains and a luxurious
king mattress that ensures quality slumber. You may choose to
sleep in the snug, tucked away in our cozy bunk beds. If you have an early riser, they may pick
sleeping on the convenient pull-out Queen sofa bed where they can jump
up and grab coffee in the morning (all linens are provided).
âž Enjoy your first cup of joe while watching the sun peeking over the water making
the sky blush pink, orange, and golden from your balcony. There is plenty of
seating with 4 counter height captainâs chair and a nice size table for al fresco dining. This ample balcony is also an excellent place to enjoy a tropical drink (with a small umbrella, of course) as you gaze out at your nice ocean view.
âž Beach Hideaway is equipped with full size stainless appliances, a microwave, and all the
utensils and cookware you need to cook your favorite meal, be it a romantic
dinner for two or a meal big enough for the whole family to enjoy. The Maravilla is
located conveniently close to several grocery stores including a mile from Walmart.
âž Feel like eating out? The Maravilla is located near many enticing local
restaurants, from casual dining to exquisite and formal. You will find something
for every craving. There is a listing of our favorites in the handy notebook
provided by the owners. Shopping and other attractions are listed as well.
âž Tired of the beach and sand? We have three pools, the grand pool is one of the largest on the island, a kiddie pool with beach entry and a heated pool, a hot tub, and a
waterfall (beach towels provided in condo). Or you may decide to use our outdoor bar-
be-ques and picnic areas (charcoal for grills not provided.) Sunbathers are welcomed by large lounge chairs by
the pools.
âžReady to relax? Sit and enjoy DishTV or stream your favorites using our Wi-Fi.
Beach Hideaway has many amenities to make you feel right at home! A large
bathroom with a tub/shower combo, Keurig-K and Drip coffee pot, a charming
living area with sofa with queen sofa bed, armchair, and bar with 4 stools. . Also, there is
abundant storage with a pantry, and cabinets in the kitchen and a large closet in
the bedroom. Remember Linens, bath towels and beach towels are provided.

âž Dive into relaxation with a choice of pools - a large resort pool, a heated pool, and a kiddie pool with beach entry.
âž Unwind in the large hot tub, perfect for soothing evenings.

âž There is an ice machine conventionally located in the 1st floor atrium in the middle of the complex.

Other Things to Note:
1. Construction Notice:
***As you enter the complex, you might notice a small construction project at the very
front. You might hear some noise during the day from 8 to 5. All construction and noise from construction stops at 5:00pm.
***POOLS: The large main pool, hot tub and beach entry pool are OPEN and have been renovated. The east heated pool is being renovated and a 12 man hot tub and splash pad added beginning mid-August and should be completed by mid-December 2025! We are excited to have all of this ready for guests this winter! This renovation project is no where near this condo.
2. Pet Policy:
We welcome furry friends! If you're planning to bring your dog, please inform us about the type and weight for approval. A non-refundable pet fee of $150 plus tax applies for two dogs up to 50 pounds each. Kindly add 'PET' to your reservation. NOTE: If you bring a pet that you have NOT paid for, this is in violation of our House Rules and you could be asked to leave with no refund.
3. Parking Information:
Ample covered and uncovered parking is available at the complex. A fee of $10.00 per car per day plus sales tax is applicable. Note that the office does not accept cash. Trailers are not allowed except for Motorcycle Rally weekend. Parking rates are capped after $70.00 for a 30-day period.
4. EXTENDED STAYS Monthly rentals are considered in the off-season - Sept - April Winter Texans, snowbirds, retirees, corporate stays, medical professionals, university students and plant workers. Please reach out for special rates and stays over 30 days do NOT pay HOT tax of 15%.
5. This one-bedroom condo is 521 square feet. We accept and sleep 6 guests but with all adults it is tight. We recommend this condo for families with children.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?
We love the three beautiful pools and the lush grounds with all the palm trees! We also think the location is great being across the street from a beach and 5 mins to most popular venues. There are so many things walking distance even a great restaurant over the water...Jimmy's on the Pier.

Beautiful Ocean View! Full size appliances. Very close to all the major Island attractions and about 10 miles from the strand area and cruise port.
