Très bien situé et le prix, à pied du lac, restaurants, shopping. Seulement quelques minutes de Casinos et station de ski Heavenly !!!
Nous sommes une famille locale et louons notre confortable, petite cabane en rondins, construite en 1940, pour votre escapade Tahoe. Cette caractéristiques uniques de la cabine de journal: à l'étage au rock de plafond cheminée, poutres apparentes voûtées ouvrir, cuisine complète, une chambre avec un lit de taille et une mezzanine avec un lit queen size, et peuvent accueillir confortablement 2-4 personnes.

My favorite rental experience in Tahoe!

I've rented a lot in North & South Tahoe and this is by far my favorite! I love, love, love this vintage cabin. It's charming, clean, awesome location/parking/neighbors, and unless you're over 6feet tall it's perfect. Gabriella was so friendly and accomodating to work with. I seriously considered wring a horrible review so I would have this gem all to myself but this family deserves all 5 stars!

Beautiful Cabin

We enjoyed our stay in a beautiful log cabin in South Lake. The cabin was meticulously clean, and well appointed. There was ample supplies in the kitchen to support us cooking meals. There was also a large amount of extra towels and blankets. The central heat keeps the place nice and toasty, as does the small portable heater for the bedroom. The fireplace is large and beautiful - we enjoyed lovely romantic fires on the couch every evening. We also enjoyed lying up in the loft with the fire roaring - we actually found the loft to be a better sleeping area than the bedroom! Overall amazing location and great cabin - would stay again in a heartbeat.

OK NOT GREAT

FYI ,I wouldn't stay there again because of the low ceiling height .It was a cute cabin but just to small for a family of four .The bed was to small also and worn out .The last night that we where there the pipes froze so there was no water at all .Overall not the best stay .

We loved our stay! Cabin was cute and cozy. Authentic cabin. We stayed for 4 nights for our honeymoon. We plan on making many trips back in the future!

Okay

We stayed here and it was ok - however it looks a lot smaller in person and the ceilings are short compared to the pictures. My 6'4 friend hit his head about 20 times just trying to maneuver around the place. The fridge was also not working and didn't want to call the owner about it since we would only be there a few days. We kept the food outside in the snow to keep it from spoiling. Everything else about the place was good.

Cute Place and GREAT location

We have been to South Tahoe many times and I will start by saying that this super cute cabin is in the perfect location for summer travel. A block from the Marina and about a mile from the gondola/casinos. It has a big back yard and (clean) grill which was perfect for cookouts. The only reason I would give it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it is small, very small. The main bedroom is a bed and barely enough room to walk into it let alone store a suitcase or two. We ended up just trowing out suitcases on that bed and sleeping in the loft. Not ideal for the money we were paying but not the end of the world either. Just wanted to point that out. Also, as others have mentions the beams are very low (less than 6 feet low) in some rooms. Otherwise it was exactly as described but definitely for no more than 2 adults.

Small Cabin

The cabin is an adorable old log cabin and the location can't be beat. Unfortunately, it is really small in size and height. The ceiling beams are LOW. My 6'4" husband couldn't walk around in the living room or fit through the front door. At 5'3" I could easily touch the bottom of the beams with my palm. Also, although the logs are quaint and rustic, they dart out of the wall behind the ladder to the loft and I scratched myself. We felt really cramped. That and the fact that the wifi didn't function (this was, unfortunately, a working vacation for me) we opted to leave after the first night. The location is pristine.

Perfect Location!!

This was our first stay at an authentic log cabin. It was quite lovely. The only downside was it seemed to need more lighting but that could be a personal choice thing. The ladder up to the loft was tricky for us 60 yr olds! The location was amazing. We walked to everything. Dined at Reva our last night. It’s on the lake, food was great and we got to watch a sunset. We would recommend taking the gondola up to the top of Heavenly. That’s right in the village. I would have to say our stay exceeded our expectations. Love that!

Rustic cozy cabin, comfortable beds, good location.

My husband and I very much enjoyed our stay in this cozy cabin. It has everything you need to cook your own meals although we enjoyed walking in the evening to nearby restaurants. Beautiful Lake Tahoe is only 2 blocks away.

Cute cabin

What a peaceful retreat and so close to town. We loved our stay in this authentic cabin. It was great waking up in the morning and making a fire. The kitchen was well equipped and the outdoor area was great. The bedroom was cozy and the tile shower was fantastic.

Great vacation spot

Charming, great location & wonderful hosts!

Had a wonderful stay! Property was in a nice central location, very comfortable, stocked with daily essentials & pet friendly. Hosts were wonderful, great communication & very accommodating to our request to check in early. Great property for families & couples. Loved the quaint property and the charming cabin decor. Perfect retreat to enjoy the snowy weather, relax & cozy up by the fire. Just sad I forgot to write in the guest book.

Vintage Cute!

Small, cute, vintage, and next to everything. It's nice to stay someplace genuine. The kids enjoyed our stay in the little log cabin. We are grateful for the charm.
