The first floor features the living room, kitchen, dining room, pool/patio, and laundry; as well as a bedroom, one and a half bathrooms, and an office with a Murphy bed that doubles as an additional bedroom. Upstairs, you'll find three more bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and an additional workspace for anyone that needs to work from home while away. Each room has a TV with streaming abilities. //

The house is fully equipped for all your needs. The kitchen is stocked with all the cooking materials and utensils necessary to prepare meals at home during your trip, as well as a beverage fridge to provide a bit more space. //

The pool and hot tub are perfect for a day at home between the busy vacation days, with added shrubbery and fencing for privacy. Enjoy the lush green views and bright blue sky and you sit out back and enjoy the gorgeous Florida weather. Linens, bath towels, and pool towels are provided. The pool heater can be turned on for an additional fee of $30/day. //

There are also multiple routes to the airport for ease of mind to get in and out. //

Wheelchair accessible: This house is accessible for wheelchairs to provide a comfortable stay for those with limited mobility. Ramps are placed at the front door as well as the back lanai so everyone can enjoy the pool deck. Bedroom #1 on the first floor is paired with a fully accessible bathroom and shower, including additional hand rails and a shower bench.
