Lovely villa in quiet area

Lovely villa, beds very comfortable. Felt at home. Loved the little extras (coffee machine, blender ). Hot tub is a great luxury after a long day at the parks. Area very quiet. Son and husband enjoyed the games room. Great to have the 3 bathrooms.

Perfect home for our vacation.

This villa was perfect for our family, our boy especially loved the Star Wars themed room. Location is very close to Disney but far enough that allows you to relax and take things at your own pace. Home was very clean and host were very helpful and prompt on the odd occasion I did contact them. We have had the best time and able to make this villa our home played a large part in this. I would highly recommend M&M Dream villa to anyone.

Relaxing Home Base

This house is a lovely retreat in a quiet neighborhood! We were a group of 4 adults and greatly enjoyed the two primary suites and fully stocked kitchen. We had a hilarious game night battle in the game room playing classics like Frogger and Galactica! The pool table was an added plus, and we loved shooting hoops in the quaint but perfect outdoor pool. Great place to stay and longest drive we had to any of the Disney parks was 17 minutes. So great!!

Great location!

We loved this property! The location as perfect for our visit to Hollywood Studios and the private pool/hot tub was fantastic for our family of 4. Our boys loved their Star Wars room and the Avengers game room was a huge hit as well!

Fantastic Home & Location

The house was wonderful! Super easy check-in; we just showed up at the house with our lock code. Communication with Meta & Michael before our arrival and during our stay was great. I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the entire family fought over the massage chair. The game room had games everyone could enjoy. The pool and hot tub were the perfect end to the day. It's also a short drive to Disney. Several of us enjoyed daily walks around the neighborhood as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Everything was great in the house, well located with 20min driving from the parks and also 5 min from Walmart. Great pool and hot tub to relax after busy park days!!

Best location, wonderful theming, great owner communication!

I have stayed in several rental homes and can't wait to return to this one. The location was so close to the parks. The Disney theming throughout the home was fun! You forgot your toothbrush? They have you covered. Everything you need is supplied. The kitchen is fully stocked, even down to themed waffle makers. The game room has a multi-game arcade machine and pool table as well as board games. We will definitely be back!

Large Hot Tub

Fabulous villa

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful 4-bedroom villa in Kissimmee! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The home is spacious, spotless, and incredibly well-equipped — it truly felt like a home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed and the coffee pod machine (complete with pods!) was an added bonus - we loved trying all the different coffees. The bedrooms were tastefully decorated and the beds were the most comfortable we have ever slept in! And as for the massage chair in the lounge
wow, what an absolute treat after a busy day at the parks! The location was ideal — close to Disney, restaurants, and shopping, yet tucked away in a quiet neighbourhood that gave us plenty of privacy. We’ve been lucky enough to visit the Orlando area from Scotland many times and can honestly say the M&M Dream Villa is one of the very best we’ve stayed in. Highly recommend this villa for families or couples looking for comfort, convenience, and a little bit of luxury. We’re already planning our next visit!

I stayed there with my family. We were able to find everything we may need in a vacation home there and ready for our use. I enjoyed seeing my children having a great time in the house; especially in the game room, and the swimming pool.

Relaxing

Very nice place! A relaxing vacation by the pool in the daytime and hot tub in the evening. House was cozy and had everything we needed. Disney and numerous Restaurants were all within a couple of miles.

Great Vacation!

First off, this property is very easy to get to and to go to Disney or whereever you might go. It was quiet at night and we could enjoy the pool and hot tub. Another plus to the pool is there was a railing/grab bar to get into the pool. It was also very clean. Lots of restaurants nearby. We fully enjoyed our vacation.

We are the Van Skiver family and we just started with a villa in Windsor hills in 2021. We live in Colorado but have fallen in love with Kissimmee area. We love finding creative ways to make our villas unique and fun.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We found out this was just a mile from Windsor Hills resort were our other villa was. it was very quiet and a nice conservation view with no rear neighbors. It is a wonderful place to take a nice stroll at night. Very close to many Kissimmee FL attractions,shopping and restaurants.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Nothing like a coffee in the morning while listening to the wildlife and watching all the magnificent birds. Massage chair to relax after a long day at the parks.
