Niché entre la célèbre promenade de Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk, Wharf et Yacht Harbor avec un bateau-taxi gratuit en saison. À pied des restaurants du quartier: Crow's Nest, Aldo's, Seabright Brewery, Betty's Burgers et SeaBreeze Cafe. Salon spacieux avec foyer au gaz, téléviseur HD à écran plat de 40 "par câble, lecteur DVD Blu-Ray, accès Internet sans fil WiFi, plus un canapé-lit queen. Overall good spot. The pics made it look a bit better, it’s an old home kept pretty well, the outside back patio wasn’t ready for use as quite dusty and spider webs.

Perfect location

My first trip to Santa Cruz and it was magic! Properly was a great location - locals love the road this property is on so parking is challenging if you have more than one vehicle. I didn’t need any help from management so I can’t speak to how they would handle anything.

Family Favorite

We had an amazing time. This part of Santa Cruz is special to my family. The house is right next to our favorite beach, dog friendly and you can roast marshmallows over one of the fire pits. We walked to the boardwalk for a few rollercoaster rides and just really enjoyed the trip. Overall an amazing experience.

We loved our relaxing post-season week at this charming beach cottage. Location, location, location. Sleepy, friendly neighborhood-steps from the best beach in Santa Cruz. Our dog enjoyed hanging in the fenced in yard, strolls on the beach and walks in the small park a block away. Cottage is exactly as pictured-sunny, clean, comfortable beds, kitchen stocked. We had some high temps (high 80's!) during our week and the front rooms of the cottage did get very warm for a few hours in the afternoon. We opened all windows to get the breeze flowing, but had to do some wiping down of the sills and outside cobwebs. We would highly recommend this property and plan to stay again next year.

Perfect beach Getaway!

This house is so cute and cozy. Our boys really enjoyed having their own little room in the backyard. Convenient shower (with hot water) in the backyard as well to clean the beach off before coming inside. We walked everywhere, many places to eat close by and of course the beach is right outside the front door. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a clean home in a great neighborhood close to the beach.

Great walk-to-beach cottage

We love staying in this neighborhood! You can walk to the Boardwalk and multiple restaurants, bars and a brewery...oh and the house is 50 yards from a dog friendly beach. The house is really well setup for a small family (and their dog!). The kitchen, while small, is completely adequate and well stocked. The check in/out process is not as convenient as most rental properties , you have to go to the management office in Capitola to pickup and drop off the keys, but there is a lockbox at the office to retrieve the keys and a mail slot to return. Would stay again.

Yes you do have to pick up keys from Management office and normally there is someone to great you so we can answer any questions you may have at that time, but with the pandemic we are using the lock box. Great location, Quaint older beach house.

The location is excellent for its proximity to Seabright Beach, you can hear the waves crashing all day long. It is away from hotels, in a residential/rental beach community, but is walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants, and a little longer walk away from the Boardwalk. The cute house is older, but well maintained, with a few interesting architectural details. The house itself has 2 bedrooms and a mushy sleeper sofa, and a 3rd detached bedroom. The kitchen furnishings and charcoal grill are adequate. There is plenty of outdoor furniture and some fold-up beach chairs. Perfect for no fuss stay at the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Great location and neighborhood

Loved our stay at 120 Vicky by the sea. Can’t ask for a better local, beach is so close yet the house is on a nice, quiet street. Great restaurants and markets within walking distance too. I have only minor complaints about a few things. The paper towels and Tp are ridiculously thin and awful. Would it kill them to provide decent options?! And the coffee maker wasn’t cleaned when we got there. But overall the place was great and I would definitely book again

Beach Cottage Getaway

I loved this property and hope to return again. It is a vintage Santa Cruz cottage with modern conveniences. The beds and furniture were comfortable. The location is ideal. You can see the beach from the driveway and it's less than a block away. We walked to the Boardwalk, we walked to dinner and breakfast. It was delightful! While we found the check-out procedures simple, the requirement that dishes be cleaned and returned to the cabinets has a downside. We found 3 dirty baking dishes that had been put away in the cabinets prior to our arrival. In addition, it would be helpful to add a few beach towels. I'd recommend this vacation rental wholeheartedly.

I'm sorry to hear about the dirty baking dishes that were left in the cabinets and not properly cleaned by the previous guests. That must have been disappointing and frustrating for you. Regarding the beach towels, that's a good suggestion and I'll make sure to pass it along to the property owner for future improvements. Beautiful cottage, excellent location

Seabright is the most beautiful beach, and this cottage is just a few steps away. The boardwalk is a short (and lovely) walk, as are a few restaurants and coffee shops. Inside the cottage, the kitchen is small but modern; one bathroom has a beautiful, footed tub and the other a shower. Two good-sized bedrooms and a sofa bed mean there is room for the whole family. The living room has a ton of windows to let in the evening breeze. One note: read your check in and out instructions carefully as you need to go to a neighboring town to pick up and drop off keys. Though check out time is specified to be 11am, that means you must have the keys at the office (15 min away) at 11, or face a $50 fine (if you’re later than 12, you’ll pay a whole day’s fee). Having rented several places in Seabright, we almost made some big mistakes assuming that this rental would be like the others! But once you work it out, you’ll have a wonderful vacation!

Perfect getaway!

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It was close to everything (beach, boardwalk, restaurants, bars, etc.) and the house itself was in great shape, clean and comfortable. Overall, we'd give it an A+.

Perfect Seabright Thanksgiving

Our family enjoyed our stay in Seabright! The beach house is adorable, comfortable, clean, and in a wonderful setting. We appreciated the short walk to the beach, sunny outside table with views of the beach, inside dining table that was perfect for evening games, and 3 comfortable beds! We hope to return for more family fun at this lovely beach house.

2nd Stay This Year

I enjoyed my stay so much the first time, I booked this place again. So close to the beach and very quaint and cozy. Perfect for me, my dog and family and friends who dropped in to stay while I was there. Can't wait to get back there again.

Great location Beach house

We loved staying at your place! The location is perfect! Being from Santa Cruz and coming back to visit this was so nice to be close to everything and walk right down to our favorite beach! Close to the Boardwalk etc. Perfect for our little dogs the backyard was very secure and clean! Thanks again
