(Permit: 231488) It features a unique playroom for kids, fun outdoor games, and is just a 7-10 minute walk to the beach. This home blends comfort, convenience, and beachside fun!
The Space:
- Comfortably sleeps up to 5 guests
- 2 bedrooms - 1 Bunk bed (Queen & Twin sized mattresses), and 1 Queen bed
- 2 bathrooms
- There is no reserved parking space for this house, however there is free parking on the street. Keep in mind that it can be difficult to find parking during the busy months.
- Fully stocked kitchen w/ drip coffee maker
- Living room
- Backyard with outdoor shower & games!
- Courtyard with BBQ, outdoor seating, & firepit

- The house features a spiral staircase that may not be suitable for young children, as it is not equipped with stair gates. Please refer to the photos for a closer look at the staircase.
- No gatherings or parties allowed (strictly enforced)
- The exterior of this home is monitored by 24/7 surveillance recording devices for safety.

- We have landscapers, pest service, and other property maintenance done on a weekly basis. You may see or hear these service professionals during your stay as they let themselves into the backyard to service as needed. Please be sure to ask about this before booking if you think it might be an issue for you.
