Good location in downtown Gatlinburg! Close to alot of attractions and restaurants. Check in process was easy. It was clean. Had indoor and outdoor pool access. Would stay here again!

Loved it! Could use a fashion update but otherwise amazing!!! Would definitely book again. We were able to walk all of Gatlinburg from this location. It was perfect!! Thank you!!!

Good location. Bad internet.

The place is small, but you can’t beat the location. One thing to keep in mind. The Internet was very slow the first day, 3 down, 2 up. On other days no internet at all. Also no reception on Verizon and Att inside the unit. So that’s inconvenient.

Not awful but won’t use again

We were told we could check in early and then I was unable to get ahold of anyone in order to get the code for our door. The sofa bed was awful and not even my young children could use it. Thankfully they are still small enough that two could fit on one bunk. There were not any pots big enough to make something for the whole family. The king size bed was also not comfortable and sank down when we laid on it, plus was very squeaky every time we moved. Only enough hot water for one person. Location was good but next time we will be staying somewhere else.

The bathroom was much bigger and liked the bunk beds In kitchen area. That’s where the positives stop. The refrigerator was broken upon check in, the bunk bed rail was very loose and not sturdy. The bath tub did not drain, the lamp in bedroom was missing the knob so I couldn’t turn it on. Overall the place didn’t seem that clean. I’d give a 4/10 only because it was right next to Ober.

weekend getaway

we had a great time and the location was perfect. the apartment could of been cleaner. The baseboards coming out of bedroom looks like someone had spilt coffee down the wall. and there was dust on the mirror and pictures in the bathroom. but overall we loved out time there.

Called and got a voice mail box so I asked to be called back. They never did. Told there was an extra queen bed with bunk beds near by. The queen bed was an uncomfortable sleeper sofa and the bunk beds were in the kitchen. The hot tub has been concrete over. Location was pretty good.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful experience. Our room was clean and accessible. If we needed assistance we contacted management and they fixed the issues we had with our room immediately (stove burner out and light bulb burned out in bathroom). We felt respected and we felt safe. Our kids loved the indoor and outdoor pools. Both pools were clean and clear daily for swimming. As far as location is concerned we were right beside downtown Gatlinburg. It was such a quick, easy walk for all of us. We loved it! We stay here every year with our family, and we have never regretted it for a moment! We will be back next summer using Olde Gatlinburg Rentals once again.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: really liked the location of the condo, was able to leave the car and walk into Gatlinburg a few days. However there were a few issues. first the bunk bed in the kitchen. It was hard for our older kids to get into the top bunk as the steps were against the wall. The Wi-Fi barely worked, and would not let Apple devices connect at all. Some Android devices could connect as they could get to the web portal needed to authenticate. The cable for the TVs was sketchy also as the shows would freeze up or go to static several times during a show. left a message with company about these issues and call was never returned.

The guy who answered the phone wasn’t the best, his attitude sucked when I was the one who should have been mad. The room was great but the sofa bed was horrible. It was just metal springs. The pools were good and the location was great.
