Family spring break vacation, had a great stay. Would recommend a fresh coat of paint throughout condo, otherwise great location. Few games or alternatives for rainy days might be nice as well.

Useless jacuzzi tub

The condo was as advertised, except the jacuzzi tub was useless. It didn’t maintain hot water or even warm water long enough to fill past the jets. My amazing husband boiled pots of water just so I could have my bath at least once. The screen door to the balcony was just leaning against the door. Not even attached. The walls needed patched. It wasn’t very clean, crumbs and cup rings on the table kind of things. The closet in the master bedroom hadn’t been cleaned, there was a swimsuit liner suck to the table in the walk-in closet.

Beautiful Space

The condo was light and open. The beds were very comfortable, and the master bath was nice. We had a question upon checking in and were andwered promptly by Kelli. The service was courteous amd invited amy further inquiries. We would definitely stay again.

Family Vacation

Perfect location, beautiful view! There was plenty of room for all six of us. The kids (17, 19, 21, and 23) found lots to do in walking distance and everyone had a blast. We usually stay in Destin but found this to be a more affordable area so we gave it a try and we loved it! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Thanks for a beautiful family vacation.

Beautiful views, close to everything

The condo is very nice and spacious. It is south of Pier Park but an easy drive to everything. The property mgr was the best we’ve had in our 5 yrs of coming to PCB. The beach did get a little crowded but we rented cabanas and had plenty of room. Would definitely stay here again

Great stay!

The condo was perfect! Everything we needed to make family trip amazing. The check in process was smooth, management was quick to respond to any questions and the view was beautiful. If you are bringing more than 2 cars though be prepared to pay an extra $12 a day to park in public parking.

Air conditioner freezes up mid day daily. Maintenance never came the next day after calling the first day. Parking was not as listed, you MUST spark across the street. HOA was a joke! Said we were smoking cigarettes (none of us smoke) however you step outside and smelled weed at night. Don’t be the slightest excited when your watching football cause HOA knocks on your door! Cleaners were a joke! Found remaining shoes under bed along with candy, old nasty panties behind tv stand, coke can behind chair in living room. Tv in one of the rooms didn’t work. Drains in showers are stopped up. Just look elsewhere… however condo in a great area and close to things to do

The beach was beautiful. We enjoyed our stay! Labor Day is an amazing time to visit Panama City Beach. The only issue we had was the two elevators took a long time for the amount of residents in the building.

Great place a lot of upgrades from last year! The only negative thing was the silverware drawer needs to be fixed the front panel was broke so when you pulled it the whole thing came off and the screen on the master bedroom door was off. Other than that great stay

Everything was good the only thing was the chicken we had a hard time being able to get into the building and into the room and getting our parking passes because I did not receive an email prior to my arrival and being that it was my first time using this website I was kind of lost. I did appreciate the person working that night he helped a lot with me getting in and sending out a text to the owner in order for me to get to my room

This unit needs new cleaners. Place to nice not to have good cleaners.

The only part I didn’t like about my stay was I paid for cleaning and when we arrived. Place look clean, but I had to definitely had to wash sheets, sweep, wipe, and mop. Made sure next family had a clean unit, but my reservation said I paid for cleaning

Condo was very nice and had all accommodations you could need. Only downside was when you flushed the toilet in the master bath it made a horrible noise in the wall that could be heard throughout the whole condo. We overlooked that as the condo was very nice. Would recommend to stay

Property was so much more than we expected. It was roomy and had excellent access to the beach. Close proximity to area attractions. Definitely recommend it especially for families. Looking forward to staying here again.

Dont disregard the bad reviews

I read the reviews on this condo before we booked it. I guess my fatal mistake was assuming issues would have been addressed since a lot of the negative reviews were older. Let me be crystal clear, I just left the condo and none of them have been. Some as old as 2018-19' still here. Simple stuff like adding light bulbs in the master bath. Other things like the loud screech when flushing toilet, still happening. As far as I can tell the owner and the management company know it too. Like other reviews before me, they wouldn't respond to my email or call. I can only assume it's because they get tired of hearing the same problems over and over without having a cheap fix. Although how expensive are light bulbs really? It shows me that the owner doesn't care enough to make even the smallest repairs. I've booked a condo every year for the last 6-8 years for family vacation, I know how this is supposed to go. But this is the first time I've had an experience bad enough that I feel obligated to pass it on to others. Please don't make my mistake and think any of the negative comments have been addressed. They haven't. If it's listed, they got it. Moldy master shower, they got it, washing machine not functioning correctly they got it, loud screech when flushing they got it, master closet full of furniture they got it, any dresser in any bedroom for clothing storage, sorry they don't have that put your clothes on the floor or live out of your suitcase for a week, all of you. Don't look into this condo any further, its not good. In an attempt to end with a positive note, this building is nice though. It has a clean lobby and I saw them cleaning often, nice enough pool, good access to the beach, close to Wal-Mart for groceries & walking distance to several bars/restaurants. Good building, bad condo.

Could have been cleaner

The location was great we had a great time. There was an issue with the dryer the property manager fixed it quickly. The only downside was some things needed to be fixed and there was lots of mold buildup in the showers, which falls on the cleaning crew. If you ask if I would stay there again. Yes I would hopefully with new upgrades!!!!
