Grandview East is a fabulous 17 story boutique complex with just over 60 units in the entire building, which means an uncrowded beach for you! Each unit includes 2 parking passes to the complex's nearby lot! Amenities include a Gulf Front pool, fitness center, and easy beach access. You can relax in your comfortable room or spend time on the beach soaking up the natural beauty. Grandview East has also provided a wheelchair ramp to the beach along with a wheelchair-accessible mat that leads directly into the sand from the beach boardwalk. Grandview East is currently the only building in Panama City Beach to offer RECENTLY UPGRADED High-Speed Internet to the pool and beach, so you can enjoy the beach while working and learning remotely! Nice condo. Had a few problems, though.

The condo is very spacious and nice, however, the parking situation was a problem. There are supposedly 2 parking places per unit, but you have to be an owner or have a handicap placard to park at the building. Otherwise, you have to park across the street or in a lot you have to pay for. Trying to cross Front Beach Road with children is dangerous. Not everyone understands the flashing lights for pedestrian crossings. There were also a few other things… - [ ] Floors were dirty. When you walk around barefoot, the bottoms of your feet get black. - [ ] Area around light over stovetop is dirty. Lots of grease splatters and accumulated gunk. Exhaust fan screens are dirty also. - [ ] Microwave handle is loose. - [ ] Missing pin/nail in lowest hinge in door to bathroom from the bedroom on Front Beach Road side. - [ ] The appliances need to be updated. The stovetop labels for the eyes are mostly worn off and you can’t tell for sure which knob goes with which eye. Plus, at least one of the shelves in the door of the refrigerator was loose and we weren’t sure if it was going to stay put or fall apart. - [ ]. The sleeper sofa is so worn out that you sit in a crevice when you sit on it. Neither of the sofas were comfortable. Otherwise, the condo worked for us.

Beach Perfection!

This location is PERFECT! You didnt have to foght for a good beach spot, it was quiet, right down from Walmart... We couldnt have fou d a better location! RealJoy was the propert manager and they were AMAZING to work with. We had a couple minor problems and they were there to fix them immediately. I have zero complaints.

Not the best vacation

Dust was all over the living room TV, the curtains in the living room were broke. There was no pot holders to use when cooking in the oven. The soap dispenser in the kitchen was broke. Dirty utensils in the drawer. Chairs at the kitchen table are badly stained. The bathroom tub had hairs from previous renters. The beachfront was taken by rental chairs. Rude property workers. Parking rules are not clear.
