Nice and close to beach, nice view, and nice path to beach where it was quieter than other areas. Bed was very comfortable. Having full kitchen to cook in condo was a plus!

We enjoyed our time here! The views and the sound of the ocean were wonderful! It was a nice and cozy place for us. It was clean as well. They had some games and puzzles that we got out which was neat to have. We stayed in mid July and didn't need any AC! We did love the 2 bathrooms, however one shower had less water pressure so we used 1 for showering. The hosts did have some beach chairs we could use which was nice. We didn't end up using them, but wanted to point that out. The kitchen was equipped with all the items we needed. It was nice to have the coach that turned into a bed! The did provide bedding for it and extra pillows!We did have an issue with the key code and had to go to the front desk to get access which worked out ok. The king bed could have been more comfortable, but wasn't horrible. I did have to reach out to the host and they got back to me very quickly!

Lovely stay

This condo was exactly what we needed for a quick weekend get away. Great view of the ocean from the balcony. Beds are very comfy, kitchen is well appointed. It’s an easy walk to the beach, and close enough to some restaurants and of course, the casino.

Beach Rental

The property was great and super close to the beach! It was wonderful to find a pet friendly rental, right next to the beach that was affordable. Accommodations were so thoughtful including the pet bed and other items in case anything was forgotten. Would definitely stay again.

Quick getaway

Very cozy with a great view. The amenities were great, and the kitchen had so many utensils and little helpful conveniences. The beach was a short walk and the area is very quiet. We’d definitely stay here again

Overall we had a great day at this property. Only problem was the shower took more than 10 minutes to get up to full temperature. Everything else was great though and would definitely stay here again.

Very close to the ocean with easy access, love I was able to bring my dog. Needs some updating and better kitchens suppies. Over all it was a great experience I would stay again.

We had a great stay. We did wake up with back pain and neck pain from both the bed and the pull out. Everything else was great. Lots of towels were provided and extra bedding was a . Great view of the ocean and very close to get to it. But very steep. I will stay there again once the construction is done.

Perfect Spot

My husband and I stayed here to enjiy the kite festival in Lincoln City. We haveba 9 year old and a 4 month old, everything was great! Room was clean and well stocked. Even had an infant bath which was nice after we enjoyed the pool. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Housekeeping?

I wished it had been better. We had sleeping bags and used them instead of the sheets and blankets provided. The couches were full of food from previous guests, and the floors were pretty dirty. For a late checkin time it was surprising that it was so messy. The view was really nice as well as having the two bathrooms.

Great Stay at the Beach

We love this condo complex. The view is amazing. Great location to town and the casino. This is our first stay at this particular condo. We wish the kitchen was a little better stocked with the essentials i.e. teaspoons, cereal bowls. It was also not very clean. The small carpet had not been vacuumed. The main toilet had a urine puddle and hair at its base. It is probably the busy time of year for housekeeping and we are very forgiving because of that. We will definitely stay again though.

As with everything there are good and bad…Let’s start with the bad. If you are looking for something that is quiet with no neighbor noise this might not be your place. You can hear every foot step from yup stair but in fairness the people below us probably heard us as well. The building is rather old. The stairs coming up need to be vacuumed bad there is lots of pet hair on them. The hot tub wasn’t working, but they gave us ample warning and a chance to cancel if we wanted. Which was really appreciated. The kitchen is bare minimum stocked glad I brought a pot and a strainer with me. And my largest and last complaint was parking. It is very tight and very full. Street parking is really hard to find too. Now for the good… which far out weigh the bad! we will be coming back. Since we have a kid, the foot steps above us didn’t bother us too much. The location is perfect to the beach and the view is fantastic. Perfect place if you are traveling with pets. We will bring them (our dogs) next time. Loved the fire place. The location as far as geographically is close to Safeway food and the casino. The price was very fair. The communication with management was rapid and very helpful. Check in and out was a breeze. Very happy we stayed here.
