The home was spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is very well outfitted. The home is light and bright, and the furnishings have a great Santa Fe vibe. We were hoping it would be a little closer to the plaza for walking, but it was a quick, easy drive. The property would be ideal for a family with a bunk room set up in one room. It was also very nice to have the entire upstairs dedicated to the primary suite.

Nice and close to the square. Quiet at night. Comfy beds. Unfortunately the sliding door out to the upstairs patio was broken so we couldnt enjoy happy hour and look at the view. We informed mangement but noone available on the weekend to fix. Good house for a group or family.

Perfect location! Can walk to the plaza in 10 minutes. Close to everything. Very clean and everything in good repair. Very comfortable bed in the main bedroom. Lots of extra towels. It was perfect for a family get together weekend.

We want to come back!

The house was exceptionally clean! It was the perfect spot for two families with young children. Our kids were so excited to have a slumber party with the bunk beds. Great location to skiing, shops and downtown.

The location was perfect for us. Easy to walk to downtown area.My biggest complaint would be that the house felt very stuffy, and the carpets seemed dusty and soiled. We all reported feeling congested. Opening the windows was great, but it was a little chilly to keep them open all the time. most of us are used to living in homes without carpeting. Love the wood floors on the main floor.The toilet on the main floor is running excessively after flushing.

Great get away location

Our 5 person friend group thoroughly enjoyed the house! It was a short 10 - 15 minute walk to restaurants and the main shopping area and plaza. We did notice that the main floor smoke detector needs attention but we had a great experience. Plenty of room to spread out. Would definitely rent again!

Wonderful home!

It had two sets of stairs going up and down from the main floor, and steps into the living room so be aware of that if you are traveling with people with mobility issues. There is only one air conditioner on the main floor so the upper and lower floors do not have A/C but there are fans in the two lower rooms. Primary bedroom is up from the main floor and only the kitchen, living room and half bath are on the main floor. Walking distance to the plaza and a nice neighborhood. Also garage doesn't have an opener so we didn't park in there.

We’re very sorry for the last-minute issue with the boiler on the day of your arrival. Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, we weren’t able to get a plumber to resolve the problem until 8 a.m. the following morning. While unexpected maintenance issues can occasionally arise in vacation rental homes, we completely understand your decision not to stay and hope that the full refund we issued helps offset the inconvenience.
