Beds: One queen bed; one sofa bed (42âW x 78âL)
Bathroom: One bathroom with walk-in shower.
Sleeps: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children
Pets: The standard pet policy welcomes two pets up to 75 lbs for an additional fee
Outdoors: A large, private outdoor deck with patio seating.

Adjacent to a beautiful fountain, our outdoor dining area provides a tranquil setting for meals and relaxation. Air Village is perfectly located one block away from Whiskey Row. You will be close enough to enjoy the nightlife but far enough to not be disturbed by the live music when youâre ready to turn in for the night. The beautiful Granite Creek walking path runs adjacent to the property as well. Making it the perfect place to take a stroll!

Each is designed to accommodate two adults and two small children, making it an ideal retreat for families. Revel in the comfort of a carefully curated space that balances modern design with the coziness of home. Each unit comes with Smart TVs, a Bose soundbar, powerful heating and cooling, and an electric fireplace, you can relax in comfort inside. You can rest peacefully as each unit comes with black out blinds and a comfortable queen bed. Take in the fresh mountain air on the patio with comfortable, private outdoor deck located along Granite Creek so you can enjoy the creek views and rustling leaves.

While we do not have any onsite staff, you can always reach out to us if you need anything during your stay. We are just a phone call away!
Things to Note:
Height Clearance: The units are about 6â2â floor to ceiling on the inside so may not be the best option for our taller friends.
Occupancy Limits: The units can fit 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children. However, it can be a tight fit compared to a traditional home.
Housekeeping: We do not provide daily housekeeping.
Smoking: The entire property is designated non-smoking, inside and outside of the units. We do have a designated area where you are welcome to smoke.
Fire pits and overhead lighting on the grounds automatically shut off at midnight. Walkway lighting stays on throughout the night so you can find your way to you unit safely.
Damages and Loss:
Each reservation requires a $350 Security Hold. A pre-authorization will be placed and will be released within 7 days automatically upon a cleared inspection of the unit. Guests are responsible for any damages to hotel property or missing items from their rooms. Any damages or losses should be reported immediately.
Smoking Policy:
Air Village is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not allowed inside guest rooms or any public areas on the grounds. Designated smoking areas are available outside the hotel. Please dispose of cigarette butts in the provided receptacles.
Pet-Friendly Policy:
Must be kept on leash when not in unit and be sure to clean up after your dogs. Do not leave pets unattended in the unit without a crate. You are responsible for any damages or disturbances caused by your pet during your stay.
Quiet Hours & Noise:
Quiet hours: 10pm to 7am
To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please respect quiet hours. Please make sure to keep any music at a reasonable level to respect our neighbors. No loud music or excessive noise.
Visitors:
For the security and comfort of all guests', only registered guests are allowed in guest rooms and on hotel grounds.
Damages and Loss:
Guests are responsible for any damages to hotel property or missing items from their rooms. Any damages or losses should be reported immediately.
Safety and Security:
The hotel is not responsible for lost or stolen items. In case of emergency, please familiarize yourself with the nearest exit and follow hotel staff instructions.
Conduct:
