Experience The SPRING & SUMMER SEASONS at our Farmhouse!

Visit Beautiful Downtown Prescott at our Adorable Historical Farmhouse. Originally built in 1914, it was moved from Jerome, Arizona to its current location in the Historic District of Downtown Prescott. We are in a perfect location.... 1/2 block from Mt. Vernon St. and a short walk to the Courthouse Square and Whiskey Row. Recently remodeled, our home maintains it's old world charm with new world comforts. It is outfitted with 2 Comfy Queen Beds, 1 Cozy King Size Bed, and 1 Futon Couch upstairs which is also a twin bed. Each bedroom has a small desk/work space. The Kitchen has been updated and has all amenities for cooking a meal for your family and friends. There is also a New Kitchenette upstairs, 2 Bathrooms (one upstairs with shower & one downstairs which has a clawfoot tub + shower), New Paver Outdoor Patio with dining (seating comfortably for 10). BBQ, Fire TV's, WIFI, A Lovely Front Porch & Upstairs Deck for lounging with Coffee or Wine. Located just a short walk to Prescott's Courthouse Square where everything happens from Art & Craft Fairs, Car Shows, Motorcycle Rallies, Micro-Brewery & wine tasting events, Parades and Concerts in the Park. Restaurants, shops and the FAMOUS Whiskey Row are all right there too! Watson, Willow, Granite, Goldwater & Lynx Lakes are short 10 minute drives for kayaking, hiking, mountain biking, fishing or just a lovely picnic. If you ride motorcycles, we have a fenced private side yard and can park several bikes or motorcycles. Come enjoy beautiful Prescott ... "Everybody's Hometown".

Christmas Getaway

We have stayed at the Historical Farmhouse several times and it never disappoints. This trip was to take part in the Christmas Market at the Square and Mortimer Farms Christmas Dinner & Show. The location of the house is awesome and so comfortable. Will definitely be back!

The Farmhouse over delivered for our weekend stay. It was immaculately clean, fully furnished, and very well organized. Great communication with the owner, and I would recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Prescott.

Our stay was perfect!

Fantastic property that was a pleasure to spend a few days enjoying our Thanksgiving. Perfect for 5 adults and an infant, all the bedrooms were large and the upstairs master has a great deck overlooking the charming neighborhood. Only the shared living area is slightly small, but it was just fine for all of us. Highly recommended, a perfect stay! Ann the owner did a great job of communicating

Picture Perfect

This house is as pictured; it is a beautiful home. The outside has a great entertaining area by the grill. The living room is a tight fit for a family, but the bedrooms, porch and balcony are wonderful. It is an easy walk to town. The hosts are terrific to communicate with.

Awesome Place and Convenient to Embry Riddle!

We had an awesome stay at this cottage! We were visiting Prescott to drop off my son off as a Freshman at Embry Riddle and are so glad we booked this cottage, rather than stay at an Inn or hotel/motel. Ample parking and easy walking distance to Whiskey Row and all the downtown restaurants. The beds are very comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. This is the perfect spot for Embry Riddle parents visiting their student, especially compared to other alternatives in Prescott. Annie was very nice and responsive, as well. We hope to return soon!

A Perfect Getaway

This is our second stay at this charming historic home just blocks away from Historic downtown Prescott. The home is comfortable and provides all the amenities needed for a great stay. Very comfortable beds and bedding. Plenty of towels and a great kitchen. Our favorite spot was the front porch to sit and relax. The neighborhood is very quiet and yet literally walking distance to Whiskey Row and shopping. The owners are great too! This home is our first choice when we need to escape Phoenix! Absolutely worth every penny! Hope to be back soon.

Best Weekend Getaway

My 2 sisters and I staying in the farmhouse for a weekend getaway to Prescott. The farmhouse is amazing! It is decorated so perfectly - you can tell it was done with a lot of love and fun! It was the perfect house for the 3 of us - we each had our own perfectly sized bedroom to spread out in. We watched movies in the living room each night after exploring Prescott all day. We walked to and from the farmhouse for our explorations - the location is just perfect for that. The upstairs balcony was enjoyed for morning coffee. And the host was wonderfully available and responsive - even though we had not a single issue! If you need a lovely getaway spot - this is it. We all loved it!

Disappointed

First let me say the house is really cute, but we had several issues from start to finish. Booking dates and fees were being messed up a few days before we were supposed to arrive, was corrected. Check in was easy. found dirty pots in the drawer. Bought a few items (muffins and bagels) for breakfast the next morning, they were never opened but found them covered with ants in the morning, on the kitchen counter. Threw them out, moved the garbage outside during our stay and kept killing the ants on the counter. The outside picnic table also had ants crawling over it. Grill and grill utensils need cleaning. Tried calling the contact first morning of our stay didn't get any response until a message thru VRBO inbox came across the morning we left. Such simple things to correct, it could be just a wonderful place to stay. We did not cook while there at all.

This property was absolutely perfect! Cozy, beautifully decorated, everything I needed was there and I felt right at home. Conveniently located walking distance from whiskey row! Everything inside was new and clean. I would definitely recommend this property.
