This was the perfect location just a quick walk downtown to Whiskey Row. We enjoyed our stay we will definitely be back. We fell in love with Prescott.
The home was so charming, beautiful neighborhood just a few minutes walk to the downtown square. The hosts were quick to respond when we needed help with our check in. Would absolutely stay again.
This cute cottage duplex is close to the square and in a quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed our time here in Prescott. Great hiking trails, restaurants, and happy hour spots.
We were pleased with every aspect of our stay. The location is fabulous and the facility was all that we had hoped for. We will definitely plan our next getaway with our gracious hosts.
We so enjoyed this little gem. It's so close to everything on the square and beyond. We enjoyed walking to a different coffee/wine destination every day. Would definitely stay here again. Randy and Susan provide a warm and inviting place to stay.
We really enjoyed are stay in this duplex. We had everything we needed for the two of us. Was really appreciative of the water and snacks that were there for us when we arrived as we got in rather late after driving for 5hrs. We really liked the location as well.
This duplex was nicely decorated and charming. The kitchen was well stocked with ever you would need to cook and serve meals. The owners added nice touches like a white noise unit in the bedroom, snacks, water bottles and coffee pods. Walking distance to downtown. We would stay again!
The entire downtown and extended area are walkable - we simply parked when we arrived and didn't touch the car again until we left. I loved the hills - some gave a challenge but there were always ways to walk that weren't so challenging.
The property is very cozy and has the charm of an early 1900's home, with all the modern features one would look for. The bathroom was phenomenal and the office / 2nd bedroom was great for working.
We highly recommend Raven and El Gato Azul... we fell in love with those two places!
Just a short walk to downtown was nice. Excellent location. House was very clean and spacious. The second bedroom had no A/C window unite so the room was hot and stuffy for the 90 plus weather. The bathroom and bedroom doors where hard to close. The $3000 deposit might put off some renters.
I needed a place to stay while I was moving my son out of the dorm at ERAU. This precious historical home was just perfect for our needs. It was great being so close to downtown Prescott & having the washer & dryer was an absolute bonus to to have to wash ALL of my sonâs laundry đ I would have given 5 stars but the pillows on the bed were too flat for me. I know everyone has different sleeping preferences, so maybe having a choice of pillows might be a nice addition to the property. Something besides down pillows would be all it would take to get me to book this property again.
We had a wonderful visit but it was unseasonably cold when we arrived. The location was wonderful. The entire house was decorated nicely and equipped with everything we wanted during our visit. We loved the snow in Prescott. Unfortunately, given the extreme cold, we couldn't regulate the heat in the smaller bedroom. It was blasting with heat or too cold. Each night, I thought if I managed the situation better by setting the temp differently or turning on the fan, it would be ok. So, we didn't report this to the owner. If I had reported it, I feel certain they would have addressed it. I will stay at this vrbo again as long as it isn't in the dead of winter.
Wonderful vacation! The host/owners were committed to ensuring the property met our expectations and needs. This house is so cute, comfortable, well supplied and in the perfect location. We will definitely stay here during future visits!
The house is very nice, clean, and cozy. The location was excellent. Unfortunately, we were there one night and had to leave because of a family emergency.
Great property; good location. Picture looks like house is 'street level' but actually not--a little challenge for people with walking difficulties (spouse). However, there is parking behind in alley which helped. Handy to everywhere we wanted to go. Old Historical home which has been nicely updated.
I have stayed a few times before, really enjoyed myself. Walking distance to downtown. Owners very kind and courteous always willing to help. Thank you! See you next year
Truly love this house downtown! So cute and clean. Lots of little extra details like full ice trays, snacks, coffee, a useful things to do in Prescott and more! Definitely coming back.
Had a quick girls only trip and this house was perfection. Decor was so cute and welcoming. Location was perfect. Communication was quick. We didnât have any issues and will most definitely stay here again!
This was the perfect place for us to stay for a week while visiting our daughter and family. Very clean, comfortable and easy access to downtown. This place had everything you'd need. Will consider staying here again in the future.Randy and Susan were great hosts and even checked in with us a few days into our stay!
11 day stay in Prescott. Experienced cold, snow and warm glorious sunshine. VRBO was perfect for me- clean, comfortable, 4 minute walk to restaurants, saloons and very close to hiking. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful when asked for opinions regarding hiking, golf and where to eat. My VRBO hosts were exceptional.
We are an international retired couple living right here in beautiful Prescott, minutes away. We moved to Prescott 4 years ago from Michigan and enjoy our 4 sons, 3 labradoodles, and a great community of friends in this beautiful historic town. We love to fly and drive to many of the great destinations nearby. The year round comfortable weather without extreme temperatures is an added benefit as well.
This charming registered historic duplex is the best location in town, with a birds eye view of the downtown courthouse and square just two blocks away. Take a easy stroll to all the great restaurants and shopping destinations minutes away. Each side of this duplex has all the essentials to be comfortable and connected while staying with us in a quiet neighborhood.
