The Space:
Our home welcomes you to create incredible memories.

Upon arrival, you'll be greeted with an open concept living room perfect for enjoying your favorite movies while cooking dinner in the amazing fully equipped kitchen.

Everything in sight so you don't miss any family moments.

On this same floor, you will find the master suite with a private bathroom and a comfortable king size bed to rest after a long day in the parks. You will also have a TV exclusively for you in this space.

You will have two more rooms: one with a king bed for two people and another Toy Story themed room to continue the magic of your favorite characters. Among them is the super-equipped bathroom, perfect for taking a relaxing shower.

Inside this incredible property, you will also find the laundry room that includes a washing machine and dryer so you can use them whenever you want at no additional cost.

Guest Access:
Entry to the property is done with an access code that we will give you before your arrival.

You can use all the amenities and products found inside the house at no extra cost, as well as enjoy the shared facilities of the community.

The Neighborhood:
The house is located in Champions Gate, a secure gated community with all the amenities and services needed for an amazing vacation.

He will welcome you with open arms and you will feel so comfortable that you won't want to leave. It's an exclusive neighborhood that offers plenty of free amenities, including access to a stunning pool and trails leading to two man-made lakes within the community.

This community has incredible common spaces to enjoy a carefree vacation.

The modern Club House has amenities that will allow you to have an incredible vacation. If you decide not to visit the theme parks every day, take a day off and relax at Oasis.

The Oasis Clubhouse includes 2 separate water areas, with a lagoon pool perfect for sunbathing. The second area includes water slides, tunnels, a lazy river and a splash zone for children to play all day long.

This community has common spaces that are perfect for you to enjoy your vacation without having to worry about anything.

It has a modern Club House with amenities that will allow you to spend an incredible vacation.

Getting Around:
To enjoy the trip more, we recommend having a car to get around the main attractions and make purchases.

If you don't have one, it won't be a problem.

This incredible resort has free transfers to and from its amenities such as the clubhouse.

You can also choose to take walks along the wonderful trails towards the artificial lakes or various sectors such as the swimming pool.

Other Things to Note:
This property has some house rules, not complying with them may imply fines that will be added to your account. We will tell you little so that you take them into account:

- Only the number of guests specified in the reservation is admitted.

- If you want to check in after the established hours from 4pm to 9pm it will not be a problem. But you must confirm your arrival time so that an agent is waiting and assists you in everything you need regarding the check-in process. You can enter independently, through the smart lock

- In case you enter late at night after our hours (4pm to 9pm), without prior notice and confirmation from our team, no refunds or discounts prevail.

The guest agrees to follow the check-in procedures. - Unfortunately, the community doesn’t accept pets.

- It establishes a quiet time from 10 pm to 8 am, so no disturbing noise or parties are allowed.


- It is not allowed to park in the green spaces or in any other space that is not intended for such use.

- Domestic garbage should be taken to the containers located in the surroundings.

- You can’t leave trash on the porch, courtyard or sidewalk, the community applies fines. The association doesn’t provide garbage collection service, you must deliver your regular garbage to the garbage compactor located near the house.

- The bed linen and towels must be in the same conditions with which you received them. Any damage to these will be added to your account

- Smoking of any kind is not allowed on the premises. Smoking tobacco, cannabis or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited in the house.
Smoke fine of $250 will be charged.
- Our property does not allow pets. If you bring a pet without authorization, there is a fine of $200 plus any fines requested by the Resort.

-Forgotten items: When requesting the return of a forgotten item, its return has an administrative cost of $150 dollars, plus the corresponding shipping cost. This total amount must be paid in advance to proceed with the return of the object.
