Great location in between the beach and the bay. Having four real beds plus the extra bunks was perfect for our group. Patio, BBQ, was convenient. Groceries just up the road and walking distance to Belmont, restaurants, and coffee!

Fantastic location! Stayed here for my son's college graduation and couldn't have asked for a better accommodation. Walking distance to Belmont park. The beach is across the street and the bay is on the other side. Easily slept 9 people very comfortably. Don't pass this one up!

The house is in the perfect location between bay and beach. It was very comfortable and roomy. We didn’t know if dining outside all the time would work for us but the weather was beautiful and we enjoyed the patio. It was a good fit for our family gathering of 10 and the grandkids loved the beach. We would love to return next year if possible.

Great stay!

Great location and quiet. Nice Patio with long tables and lots of chairs. Great kitchen with nice pots, pans, and dishes. Our family appreciated the comfortable stay.

Great Getaway for friends

This is in a great spot for us. A bit away from the hustle of Pacific Beach but close enough to get to the things we like to do. Nice patio with plenty of room. We would stay again.

Nice family quick get-away

Our family had a great end-of-summer mini vacation in Mission Bay. We loved the house, it was perfect for all of us. Comfortably close to the beach, and close enough to go to the city for other entertainments like, restaurants or shopping.

Winter Vacation

We had a nice trip to San Diego. The home provided by Bluewater was fully stocked and clean. The management was responsive to our requests. We would stay here again.

Good house in a great location

Nice house, just a short walk from both the beach and the bay. House was clean and the rooms were nice, and the outside area was good to hang out in. Bluewater was easy to deal with and communicated well.

Great Location

We enjoyed our stay and the location was perfect. Right between the bay and the beach and the perfect distance from Beaumont Park. The only thing missing was a kitchen table large enough for all of us (we had 6 adults and 4 kids). We ate outside, which was okay, but we couldn’t enjoy a meal together or play games together which is something we all enjoy. Overall it was a great place to stay.

Thanksgiving at the beach

We stayed at this home over the Thanksgiving holiday. The kitchen was well equipped and had everything we needed to prepare all meals. The location was excellent within walking distance to everything in the area. We brought our bikes and used them the whole time on all the great paths all along the bay. Good central location in a nice quiet clean neighborhood

Mission Bay

Property and location was great. Parking was a little tricky, we had 3 vehicles . Verry tight squeeze for two vehicles on the property and one had to find parking on the street.
