The guest says that come for “the experience” and start complaining because I have a marine toilet on the boat , or the kitchenette is not like in a house, that there is only 3 gallons of water ,( actually there are 2 tanks with 25 gallons each for a total of 50 gls. Or I use a Jon boat for transportation ( actually it’s a Boston Waller , very stable,one of the best or if not the best by many sailors) with an almost new engine Also I’m doing it for 9 years transporting hundreds if not thousands of people with no accidents. 3. I have written very clear in the description of my listing that it’s a glamping and AC is not listed in the amenities, if you expect a hotel ,you should go to one “ I couldn’t be more clear, and one of the first complaints when they arrived was that there is no air condition. It leads me to believe that they did not read the description. 4. There is electricity throughout solar panels ,plenty for lights ,pumps , phone charging and small devices . 5. About communication, that the guest mentioned , definitely no good when the guest think that is appropriate the use foul language and threats against the host ( I have it the text ,that the guest had sent to me) I can say this because I have the proof of this. Instead of asking nicely for a 50% return of the booking amount he threatens to give me a bad review if I don’t, which I would have if he asked nicely because I don’t want anyone to stay if they feel uncomfortable, and and I did refund it, but the threat was unnecessary and inappropriate. So, he went ahead and left a bad review anyway. Horrible behavior. 6. No host should accept this kind of behavior or straight lies. 7. The guest has clear intentions of slandering the Business.

This person hasn’t stayed on the boat , one of them has serious mobility problems, you can’t blame the boat for that, it’s more a luck of reality check.
