Hartswell - Possibly the most unique location in Exuma!

With countless sandbars, beaches and the lazy river in paddle-distance! We offer you a secluded place for privacy and all the best of Exuma just outside our doors! We can also offer private boattours with a captain. Tours varies from fishingtrips to beaches, turtles, stingrays or just simply sandbar to sandbar. Taylor made from your wishes.

This house offers you a great location for your Exuma vacation. You will have your own private heated pool, an oversized decking and comfortable sunbeds that you do not have to fight for. It’s the perfect location for a family of four, one or two couples, or that bunch of adventurous friends travelling together, up to 4 people. It’s no beach access in walking distance. You either need to use kayaks or the car for access to beaches. We do have beach chairs available that will be easy 5 min drive to Little Exuma.

Fully equipped with everything you need for an amazing stay, creating travel memories for life.
We have in total 2 en-suite bedrooms with king size beds (no twin beds available).
The villa has two identical master bedrooms, ocean view and king size beds (no twin beds available). Walk-in closet, and en-suite bathrooms with both a shower and a bathtub.
A spacious kitchens with all you need, including a large built in wine cabinet, and an inviting great room for those nights you want to enjoy at home. You will have your own private large and heated Infinity edge pool, which is perfect for mornings and afternoons, or for those days you just want to chill at home. This property is excellent for travelling together one or two couples, or a group of friends up to 4 people!

BUTLERSERVICE

We offer the extra service of having your private butler during your stay at Villa Exuma, for those who wants to make the Holiday extra luxury!
Cost is 200 per day for 8 hours of one butlers at your service. Additional hours incur a fee of $50 per hour.

Butler services include:

Greeting you upon arrival and assisting with settling into rooms.
Unpacking your luggage.
Ironing your clothing.
Booking reservations and tours.
Grocery shopping and restocking.
Serving your meals (not cooking)
Serving your favorite drinks while you lounge by the pool
Running errands when necessary.
Ensuring bedrooms and common areas are clean.
Recommend and arrange amenities for guests.
Assist with folding your clothes for packing.
Ensure all your bags are brought to the departure area.
Escort you to your transportation and bid you farewell.

FOR YOUR CONVENIENCE

We have our own generator, so you should never have any issue when the island looses power. You will still have aircondition and wifi.

We have available a boat with captain for rent. Half or full day tours, or you may also just book the captain for a lunch tour. The best with these tours: They start and end just steps from you!

LOCATION

The property is located in the Hartswell area, around 15 minutes drive from George Town. You will find convenience stores and restaurants near by, and one of the best restaurants on the island «Blu on the Water» is just a five minutes drive from the villa. For the best selection of groceries we recommend stopping at Exuma Market in George Town. Or for your convenience, you can also have a fully stocked fridge at arrival! Contact our property manager for pre-arrival shopping, as this service comes with an extra cost.

The Hartswell area has very calm sea, so you can truly enjoy the water as good as any day, with boat, kayaks and paddleboards. The famoys natural lazy river is just around the corner from us! And the Man-O-war sandbar along with some of the most beautiful and more unknown sandbars is in this area. Take up your Google map, fill the cooler, load up with sunscrean and paddle your dreams!
