For about the same nightly rate as a hotel enjoy staying in a spacious 6/7 Bedroom private home in one of the most coveted areas of Phoenix-Scottsdale. Surrounded by hundreds of amazing restaurants, shopping and golf courses with major events like the Barrett Jackson, Arabian Horse Show or Phoenix Open Golf Tournament just a few minutes away.

Be hosted by one of Scottsdale largest owners with 1,000’s of 5 star reviews and fulltime service, pool maintenance staff and cleaners available 9am to 5pm Monday to Saturday if you need a new coffee machine, pots and pans need replacing or if you have a clogged shower drain or toilet. We are local so your not alone dealing with a foreign call center a thousand miles away like most rentals.

Our Paradise Park Estate with tropical yard is an entertainers dream. The covered patio offers outside dining for 12, gas grill with refreshing pool, hot tub, bocce ball and bean bag toss grassed area, fire pit area and patio loungers. Inside you will enjoy the fully renovated great room designed home with big” TV, billiards room, and dinner seating for up 12, comfy mattresses & TV's in all 6/7 bedrooms with 4 bathrooms. Minutes to a Fry's or Safeway and just a mile away from all the shopping and dining at Desert Ridge, 5-10 minutes to major events like the Barrett Jackson or Phoenix Open and a quick 15-20 minute Uber to Old Town - Sky Harbor Airport.

Primary booking guest is required to be over 25 with ID sent within 3 days of booking due to the caliber of the estate - neighborhood.

A LITTLE COMMONSENSE / NO KARENS - These very expensive homes save guests thousands in nightly accommodation costs. If you’re an unhappy person or complainer, coming out to have an unauthorized party please stay elsewhere.

Absolutely No Parties with outside groups or individuals. City of Phoenix Ordinance G-5444, Chapter 2, Article 1, Division 5, Section 2-22 Police Responses to Loud Parties, Gatherings and Events. There is no "allowable" times during the day or night. If the party, gathering or event is considered a threat to the peace, health, safety and general welfare of the public, anytime during the night or day, the responsible party will be evicted immediately with no refund and security deposit will be forfeited.

Hotel Caliber Twin Cots can be rented / delivered for $200/each if requested.

Guests will have access to the entire home. When you book your stay, please let us know upfront how many guests are expected? The lowest nightly rates are based on our preferred size of 8 guests. That means if you have friends, coworkers, or anyone else that is coming into the house, they are considered a guest. We prefer smaller groups but allow extra guests but charge a nominal fee to cover the utility, garbage removal and wear and tear expenses of hosting more people. It is a nominal fee of $40/night fee for each additional guest (after 8 guests), for any guest over the age of 2. This is automatically calculated in your quote if you have put in the correct amount of guests staying.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check in (8 AM) and late check out (8 PM) may be available for your reservation for a discounted rate as low as $200 to help with travel plans if available. Please inquire if interested.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?

All of our properties have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

ARE YOU HOMES CLEANED

We will only be billed for a basic cleaning fee that includes the weekly gardener and pool maintenance. You can upgrade to a deep cleaning before arrival for an extra $200 if requested (blinds / windows / fans / cupboards / baseboards). Please let us know.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?

Yes, inground pool will be the forecast ambient or night time temperature is. The pool can be heated to an enjoyable 80-85* it is only a fee of $150/night plus tax or $600/tax per week. Please let your us know at least one week in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?

This property has an outdoor music system. However, the volume is limited due to local noise ordinances.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

Pets must be approved in advance and $150 non refundable per pet fee.

IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with the city of Scottsdale rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals. Pursuant to Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01.

* Pool and Spa Indemnification. (REQUIRED) All renters must provide an email address and email us back a signed Pool & Spa Safety Indemnification Notice before occupancy. VERY IMPORTANT: Our home does not have a lifeguard or a pool fence.


GUEST SWIM IN POOL AT THEIR OWN RISK WAIVER OF LIABILITY: You understand that you using the swimming pool/hot tub at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the swimming pool/hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the swimming pool/hot tub and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that the swimming pool/hot tub may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the swimming pool/hot tub, or if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the swimming pool/hot tub while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or uses the swimming pool/hot tub if pregnant. You agree to explain the risks of using the swimming pool/hot tub to any guests you may have at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents your guests may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and your guest for the consequences of those risks. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from your guests’ use of swimming pool/hot tub.
