A spacious 9 bedroom multimillion dollar estate for about the same nightly as a nice hotel room in one of the most coveted areas of the United States with hundreds of the best restaurants, shopping and golf courses with major events like the Barrett Jackson, Arabian Horse Show or Phoenix Open Golf Tournament.

Enjoy being hosted by one of the largest owners with thousands of 5 star reviews and full time service and pool maintenance staff available daily Monday to Saturday if you need a new coffee machine, iron, pots and pans need replacing or if you clogged the shower or toilet. You’re not alone like most rentals dealing with a foreign call center a thousand miles away like most rentals.

Whether the visit is an action-packed or just to relax by the 300k pool, this estate was truly designed with the traveler in mind. 7 waterfall pool, therapeutic spa, fire pit, ping pong, large bocce ball court, bean bag toss, pickleball & basketball court, sand volleyball court, several covered decks to get out of the sun are just a few examples of items only found in a multimillion dollar estate to make for a great guest experience.

Primary booking guest is required to be over 30 (or extremely highly rated) with ID sent within 3 days of booking due to the caliber of the estate - neighborhood.

NICE PEOPLE / NO KARENS - These estates save large groups thousands nightly in accommodation costs. If you're an unhappy person, a complainer or coming out to to have an unauthorized party. Please stay elsewhere.

Guests will have access to the entire estate. When you book your stay, please let us know upfront how many guests are expected? The lowest nightly rates are based on our preferred size of 8 guests. That means if you have friends, coworkers, or anyone else that is coming into the house, they are considered a guest. We prefer smaller groups but allow extra guests but charge a nominal fee to cover the utility, garbage removal and wear and tear expenses of hosting large groups. It is a nominal fee of $40/night fee for each additional guest (after 8 guests), for any guest over the age of 2. This is automatically calculated in your quote if you have put in the correct number of guests staying.

Absolutely No Parties with outside groups or individuals. City of Phoenix Ordinance G-5444, Chapter 2, Article 1, Division 5, Section 2-22 Police Responses to Loud Parties, Gatherings and Events. There is no "allowable" times during the day or night. If the party, gathering or event is considered a threat to the peace, health, safety and general welfare of the public, anytime during the night or day, the responsible party will be assessed a fee of up to $1500.00.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is after 4PM local time and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check in (8 AM) and late check out (8 PM) may be available for a discounted rate to help travel plans if available. Please inquire if interested.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?

All of our properties have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

ARE YOUR HOMES CLEAN?

We bill you for a basic cleaning fee that includes the weekly gardener and pool maintenance. You can upgrade to a deep cleaning before arrival for an extra $200 if requested (blinds / windows / fans / cupboards / baseboards). Please let us know to schedule.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?

Yes, pools are whatever the nighttime temperature is. If you would like the pool heated to 80-85* it is only $150/night plus tax fee.

Please let your us know at least one week in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.

Hot Tub-Can be heated & serviced for $150/tax per stay or needed extra visits

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?

This property has an outdoor music system. However, the volume is limited due to local noise ordinances.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

Pets must be approved in advance and $150 nonrefundable per pet fee.

DO YOU ALLOW EVENTS / Parties
Only for the guests staying / paying nightly at the estate. No outside guests.

* Pool and Spa Indemnification. (REQUIRED) All renters must provide an email address and email us back a signed Pool & Spa Safety Indemnification Notice before occupancy. VERY IMPORTANT: Our home does not have a lifeguard or a pool fence.


GUEST SWIM IN POOL AT THEIR OWN RISK WAIVER OF LIABILITY: You understand that you are using the swimming pool/hot tub at your own risk and that special risks may be involved in using the swimming pool/hot tub. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the swimming pool/hot tub and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that the swimming pool/hot tub may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the swimming pool/hot tub, or if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the swimming pool/hot tub while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or uses the swimming pool/hot tub if pregnant. You agree to explain the risks of using the swimming pool/hot tub to any guests you may have at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents your guests may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and your guest for the consequences of those risks. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from your guests’ use of swimming pool/hot tub.
