There is no "allowable" times during the day or night. If the party, gathering or event is considered a threat to the peace, health, safety and general welfare of the public, anytime during the night or day, the responsible party will be assessed a fee of up to $1500.00.

Guests will have access to the entire home. When you book your stay please let us know upfront how many guests are expected? The lowest nightly rate includes up to 8 guests. That means if you have friends, coworkers, or anyone else that is coming into the house, they are considered a guest. We prefer smaller groups at a lower rate, but allow larger groups but charge a small fee to cover the costs for extra people. There is a $40/night fee for each additional guest (after 8 guests), for any guest over the age of 2.

WHY SO REASONABLE?

You are renting from a local owner direct. You also get the best service during your stay as we offer the only full time service staff, gardeners and the best pool technicians.

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is after 4PM local time, and check out is no later than 10AM. Early check in (8 AM) and late check out (8 PM) may be available for your reservation. We offer a special discounted rate from $400 to help with travel plans if available. Please inquire if interested.

WILL I NEED TO MEET THE PROPERTY MANAGER TO GET A KEY?

All of our properties have keyless locks. This keyless system allows entry into the vacation rental through the issue of a “code” rather than a physical key. The code changes for every reservation so it is an incredibly safe alternative. By issuing the code prior to arrival, the check-in process is much easier.

ARE YOU HOMES CLEANED

Homes are cleaned and sanitized by three cleaners for approximately 4 hours between guests. Homes can be deep cleaned for an extra $95 if requested (perfect if you're a clean freak). Please let us know if you would like it scheduled.

DO YOU PROVIDE DAILY CLEANING SERVICE?

We provide a departure clean on all stays. A mid-week or mid-stay clean can be provided for an additional fee.

CAN WE HAVE THE POOL HEATED?

Yes, pool will be whatever the night time temperature is. If you would like the pool to be heated to 80-85* or is only $150/night plus tax. Please let your us know at least one week in advance of your arrival if you would like pool heat added to your reservation.

Hot Tub (Heated and Serviced for $100/Tax per Stay)

DO YOUR HOMES HAVE OUTDOOR MUSIC SYSTEMS?

This property has an outdoor music system. However, the volume is limited due to local noise ordinances.

DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

Pets must be approved in advance and $150 non refundable per pet fee.

IMPORTANT: This property fully complies with the city of Scottsdale rules, regulations, and ordinances regarding short-term vacation rentals. Pursuant to Arizona state law §33-1806.01 / §33-1260.01.

You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from use of the swimming pool/hot tub and hold owner harmless. You understand there are potential dangers that the swimming pool/hot tub may present to children who are not carefully supervised, as well as the danger to any person using the swimming pool/hot tub, or if a person has health risks, or if a person uses the swimming pool/hot tub while intoxicated or using any kind of drugs or medication, or uses the swimming pool/hot tub if pregnant. You agree to explain the risks of using the swimming pool/hot tub to any guests you may have at the property and to be fully and solely responsible for any accidents your guests may incur. You understand the risks discussed above and agree that you will assume all responsibility for yourself and your guest for the consequences of those risks. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against owner for accidents or claims arising from your guests’ use of swimming pool/hot tub.
