Overall stay was wonderful. I would throw the suggestion to have all TVs logged into available apps. The outdoor TV struggles to connect to the WiFi at times. Wonderful property, look forward to staying again on the next trip!

The property itself was adequate, but the overall experience fell short due to service and operational issues. Communication from the host was inconsistent, and several aspects felt unclear or add-on rather than included. For example, pool heating was not included by default, there were additional guest fees despite being within the stated occupancy, and a 200 “premium” hot tub service was offered, yet the hot tub never heated above 93.Basic household supplies were minimal. Only limited toilet paper and soap were provided, and no cleaning products were available. When we requested additional trash bags, we did not receive a response and had to purchase our own. The washing machine was also not functioning during our stay.With clearer expectations, more responsive communication, and better attention to basic amenities, this property could be a much better experience.As it stands, this feels less like a hospitality-focused rental and more like an absentee, profit-maximizing operation.

Thank you for your feedback. We’d like to clarify a few important points for future travelers. This reservation was originally booked for one guest. Upon arrival, a group of approximately twenty guests occupied the home. As a courtesy during one of the largest events in the country, the WM Phoenix Open, we allowed the full group to stay rather than canceling the reservation. The nightly rate during this event is significantly higher across the area, and even with the adjustment, the total cost was far below what twenty guests would have paid for hotel accommodations. Our listing clearly outlines occupancy requirements, starter supplies provided (trash bags, dishwasher and laundry pods), and standard short-term rental practices. Like most professionally managed vacation homes, we provide an initial supply rather than unlimited restocking. Regarding the spa, the settings were altered during the stay. We maintain full-time service staff who are available throughout every reservation, and we encourage guests to reach out immediately so we can resolve concerns in real time. We did not receive communication about these issues during the stay. As noted in our description, our homes are professionally cleaned, maintained private estates designed for large groups seeking exceptional value compared to resort pricing. The standard cleaning fee covers turnover service, weekly pool and landscaping maintenance, and pre-arrival preparation. Guests seeking daily hotel-style service may prefer a resort setting. We are proud to consistently host large groups who communicate clearly, follow booking guidelines, and leave five-star reviews across our properties. We wish you the best in your future travels.

The house was terrible the worst we have stayed in over the last 20 plus years we have been coming. I don’t even know where to start. From the time you pulled up in the driveway the garage door appeared to be falling apart. The house when you came in there was a smell not real pleasant. And here we go the plaster buckling and peeking off the walls and ceilings, mold in bathroom (host said dirt and dust however it was more as I rehab and build homes) baseboards horrible but they wanted to know if we wanted to pay extra for deep clean and cleaning windows and cupboards which had dirt in with the plates. One of sliding glass doors was screwed shut so that’s a safety hazard itself, towel bar laying on kitchen sink was pulled off wall and on vanity , the hot tub we paid an extra 172 with tax to use it and it appeared the walls were about ready to buckle, the pool was terrible as well with the pool concrete bottom chipped and falling apart to be safe you would probably need to wear shoes in the pool, a lot of wall damages like the house has major damages and buckling, one room had bunk beds and the beds again were in front of a food exiting the house fire safety concern there ( host said it only took seconds or minutes to move it ) we paid for the house we should t have to rearrange someone else’s home on vacation . I could go on but I have never been in a house this horrible before and the host a that Robin could say your trying to be an oil sheik and they were very rude

We are disappointed to read this review, particularly given the full circumstances of this reservation. This guest booked two separate homes for the same dates and later decided they only needed one. The cancellation occurred at the last minute, outside of our stated cancellation policy, and a chargeback was subsequently initiated. The guest did not complete their stay at the property. All concerns listed in this review were either previously addressed, mischaracterized, or never communicated during the reservation period. The home is professionally cleaned and maintained, and it continues to host guests without issue. To clarify a few points for future travelers: • There is no mold in the home. Any suggestion of mold was investigated and determined to be normal dust accumulation in an exhaust area. • The sliding glass door referenced is secured intentionally for safety and property layout purposes; multiple other code-compliant exits are available. • The bunk beds referenced are not blocking a required egress door. • The hot tub and pool are serviced weekly by licensed professionals and were fully operational. • No structural buckling or safety hazards have been identified at the property. We take safety very seriously. If any of these issues had been legitimate or communicated during an active stay, they would have been addressed immediately by our full-time service staff. This home continues to host many satisfied guests who appreciate its value, space, and location. We encourage future travelers to review our long history of positive feedback and book with confidence.

Your group stayed during one of the busiest and most expensive times of year in Scottsdale surrounding the Phoenix Open, when nearby resort accommodations for groups can easily total many thousands of dollars per night. Many guests specifically choose properties like this because they offer dramatically more space, privacy, beds, amenities, and overall value than reserving multiple hotel rooms during major event weekends.
