FREE BEACH SETUP - Shoreline Towers 1034 avec une vue magnifique sur la plage!

Ce condo avant Golfe a une belle cuisine ouverte avec comptoirs en granit et des appareils noirs. L'unité entière a été entièrement rénové, récemment carrelée et peint. Les salles de séjour et salle à manger ont de nouveaux meubles, un grand "TV à écran plat 50 et un lecteur Blu-Ray DVD. La chambre principale et le salon ont des portes coulissantes en verre qui mènent au balcon ouvert qui a un nouveau mobilier confortable et de belles vues sur le golfe! Unité 1034 dispose d'un lit king size dans le maître et 2 lits doubles dans la chambre d'amis. Le maître de bain a une énorme carrelée de plain-pied douche avec barre de sécurité, nouvelle hauteur de confort double vasque et la hauteur de confort toilettes avec un siège de toilette chauffé (ne riez pas jusqu'à ce que vous avez essayé - il est génial!). La salle de bain d'invité a été mis à jour avec une nouvelle baignoire et surround carreaux, confort hauteur vanité et hauteur de confort toilette et rénové avec une porte directement à partir de la chambre à la salle de bain. La chambre dispose d'une nouvelle télévision murale à écran plat avec lecteur DVD interne.

A Restful Place

The condo was wonderful, spacious, pretty and clean. We enjoyed the ocean view from the veranda. Management was helpful and friendly and we found everything in proper order. We would definitely stay here again.

Condo was wonderful, near to beach.Only thing was the checkin process.Too many email after booking , still lack proper info for checkin.. we reached mid night and was struggling tk find the door access code.. later got to know it is send in sms..where in email it was mention access code is checkmark.. tht gives us wrong impression. If you can avoid too many emails and just 1 email having all proper info that would be more helpful.

Me and my family enjoyed our stay. The condo could have been cleaned a little better considering there was trash left under the beds and stuff in between the couches, but other than that - it was a nice place to stay. I do recommend making sure to bring little things like ziplock bags, aluminum foil, spices/seasonings, etc. to use because the condo does not have any of that. Overall it was good and very convenient to a lot of places.

I have stayed at Shoreline Towers in all 3 towers over the years. Condo had everything we wanted and parked our car close. Easy walk across the parking lot from this condo to the beach. First time having free beach service included. Will never go without again.

Conference Getaway

This is our third time staying at this property and it is our favorite place when in town for our yearly conference. The unit itself is perfect, stocked, and as described. The facility has been undergoing renovations that last couple of years but it hasn't deterred us. For the most part, the workers are not an issue. My only comment is the construction debris but again, I understand it is temporary and part of the beautification process. I will be back!

The only improvement I could recommend is putting slip guards in the guest bathroom in the tub. The beach access was only a few steps which was one of my main concerns with me being elderly. It was convenient to several of our favorite restaurants and shopping centers. I will definitely be reserving this room on my next stay here. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

It was nice

Pros…This place was nice, easy beach access, good location somewhat centralized to the attractions. Cons…it is under construction and that wasn’t great. Our balcony was closed and workers were on and off of it. Also a pest control person let them selves in mid day and we hadn’t been notified of it. So it was unexpected and we felt somewhat like our stuff wasn’t safe there after that!

Had a Wonderful TIme in Destin!

We really enjoyed our stay here! We arrived at 5:30 pm on a Saturday and was told to check in at the gate with security to get the door code and information. The security guy must have been sleeping. Had to knock on his window and he didn't have any information and wasn't very nice. Luckily the office was still open and we were able to get our info. The condo was very nice and clean and met all of our needs. We enjoyed the free beach set up and the lady working with that everyday was very nice and friendly. The pool was great but we only went there once because we were on the beach most of the time. Love that the condo was on the beach! We can't wait to visit Destin again!!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: General Condition: Except for the main bathroom which is lovely, this unit could use some updating. Refrigerator door makes a noise and gets stuck every time it's opened and closed. It needs more dishtowels and placemats. More light is needed in the main bedroom. It was too dark to read in bed. Sofa and matching chair seemed dirty. And even though we were made aware that the balcony was going to be locked due to renovations, we really missed it and hope that this will not be the case next October.Cleanliness: This was OK, but not spotless. I had to wash a couple of pots before I could use them. The bathmats in main bathroom appeared old and dirty. Management: Wonderful to deal with! In particular - Ashley! She is always cheerful, positive, professional, and helpful.The main reason I would not recommend this unit is because it needs updating and there are many other units that are better furnished. We have been coming to Shoreline once a year for about 20 years and we do love it!!

The unit is nice, however, there were a couple of maintenance issues. One was resolved during our stay, the other was not.Oven door handle fell off, we were unable to use the oven the entire week!! Free beach setup is a plus!! Nice to have chairs and umbrella set out daily!

However, the master bath rugs were very, very dirty. Very evident that they had not be sweep, vaccumed or washed in quite a while. Had to put towels over then to feel clean. The rug between the beds in the small bedroom actually turned your feet black it was so dirty.I never recommend property to friends or family therefore the “no”

Nice location w/ easy access to beach

The renting process was pretty simple except for the hiccup when I tried to pay off the vacation and couldn't get anyone on the phone for a week. Turns out the phone number listed on the email was an old number but I was finally sent an email with correct number and it was fine from that point on. All and all everything went well. Everyone from the guards to the ladies in the office were very nice. I would recommend this property and we plan to return next year.

Fun in the sun

We had a wonderful week and this unit was perfect! It was clean and had everything our family needed. We loved the beach service and having the chairs ready on the beach each day. The master bath is amazing and the heated toilet seat was a bonus 😉. Mornings were spent on the balcony enjoying our coffee and days spent on the beach enjoying fun in the sun. The people we met on the beach were so nice. Family friendly for sure. Shoreline Towers is close to everything and is in a great location. It was a relaxing vacation and hope to stay here again in the future.

Perfect Location - Beautiful Views and Fantastic Beach Access

This condo has so much to offer. Access to the beach is quick and easy and being on the third floor gives you a great view without feeling too high up. The condo was beautifully decorated and had most of what you need to make your stay perfect. The beach service was amazing and a great addition to what is already offered. Property management was excellent. When we arrived the AC was not working, however, they sent someone within a short timeframe, and we slept cool that night. Also, the secondary bath wasn't draining properly, but as soon as we brought it to their attention, it was promptly fixed. Just a few small things would make it even better. There was only one dish towel and one dish cloth which meant we had to wash mid-week. There was no tissue anywhere in the condo. Luckily, we brought some from home. There is no vent on the cooktop which leads to food smells that linger. The cleaning service was not up to my expectation, but I admit that my standards are high. Overall, this is a beautiful, comfortable condo that you will most definitely enjoy staying in.

Great Time and Good Location

King bed was comfy and the added bonus of 2 queens in the additional bedroom was nice. Little to no waiting for elevators. Grounds were nice. Carts for unloading/loading cars were plentiful. Proximity to beach was great; 5 minutes from beach chair to condo. Late night noisy neighbors below us were quickly taken care of by security. Easy checkin/out process. Beach was crowded (as expected...it’s June!) Beach service was excellent. Grateful it was included with our condo. Shoreline Towers is conveniently located to everything in Destin. A little too close to Target though. I think we went there every day! Would stay here again for sure!

The property was beautiful and large. Ocean view was great and beach was right out the door. Kitchen could have been a little better outfitted. For example, there did not seem to be enough silverware. And, for cooking, there were not even any measuring spoons. There were some areas that could have used a bit of dusting before we arrived. But, otherwise, the cleanliness was good. Would rent again.
