We’re so glad to hear you enjoyed the quirky character of the condo and found it comfortable, quiet, and well-suited for two people, as well as conveniently located near highways and restaurants. We also appreciate you noting the “brand new” description. To clarify, while the building itself is not a new build, it is a beautifully converted 1880s tobacco barn that has been transformed into luxury condos — one of Nashville’s most unique and spectacular buildings. The condo itself was newly renovated, professionally furnished, and newly introduced to the short-term rental market under our ownership, which is what we intended to convey. We appreciate the feedback and will make sure our listing language is even clearer moving forward. Thank you again for choosing to stay with us. We truly appreciate you highlighting so many of the things we work hard to get right — from cleanliness and security to communication and ease of check-in. It’s wonderful to hear that you felt comfortable and well taken care of during your stay. Regarding the train, we understand that sensitivity to sound can vary from guest to guest. That said, it has not been an issue for other guests staying in this unit or our other condos, and it’s something we closely monitor through guest feedback. As for the bed, we completely understand that mattress comfort is very personal. We only use top-rated, high-quality mattresses and premium bedding across all of our condos and are often complimented on sleep comfort — but we also recognize that everyone has their own preferences, and we respect that. We truly appreciate your honest feedback and are grateful you chose to stay with us.
