Bienvenue dans notre condo directement sur la célèbre MUSIC ROW de Nashville! Ce condo historique est directement sur Music Row et a l'unique piscine emblématique en forme de guitare! Vous êtes à quelques minutes à pied des bars les plus en vogue de Nashville avec de la musique live, des restaurants incroyables, de jolis cafés et seulement un court trajet entre Lyft et Broadway.

Ceci est un condo d'une chambre avec 2 lits queen et un canapé-lit queen avec matelas en mousse à mémoire! La cuisine contient tous les éléments essentiels dont vous pourriez avoir besoin pour préparer un petit repas si vous le souhaitez. Il y a une double vasque et douche debout dans la salle de bain avec beaucoup de serviettes fraîches! Tous les draps et couvertures supplémentaires sont fournis, y compris le canapé-lit. Laveuse et sécheuse sont également à votre disposition.

Great place

Spent Labor Day weekend in Nashville for Virginia Tech-Vanderbilt football weekend. Really close to Broad Way and Vanderbilt. Nice location. Only issue was sofa bed malfunctioned but owners were extremely quick to respond and got it fixed quickly for us. I will definitely be back for a any future quick stays.

Such a fun property with everything thing you need. Wish it was warmer to enjoy the guitar shaped pool! The hostess are so nice and answer questions promptly! Will visit again and stay at one of their properties!

This was a great (safe) location with a lot of options for food and places to see live music ad walk

The condo itself was very nice, spacious and clean. A great place to get away from the downtown traffic, but an easy quick walk if you want to go downtown. The immediate area had a good selection of live music, food, parks, cute boutiques, and historical areas to walk. I will definitely stay here again!

Great location. Was nice to park the car for our stay and walk or Uber to everything depending on our mood or level of drinking. Had everything we needed and host was available if needed but no issues on our end.

Small, Smokey, & prepare to walk

Very small, dirty building, only 1 parking pass and tight awful parking garage. Only had 1 small bedroom w/2 double beds. Looked & described bigger in the pics. Couldn't get in for an hour after arrival cause no communication on passcodes to get in. Pool not on property plus was dirty & closed. Walked 7 blocks to strip, nothing on street as far as eating or entertainment. Dead dark street. Building in bad shape, old creepy elevator & dirty stinky carpet. Didn't even have same name on building that was on advertisement. Mom & I seemed another place to stay & finally got a hotel room 8 miles from town which split up the family staying together which defeated the point of renting this joke of a place. In a nutshell I feel like we got scammed. If you work hard for your money like me you'd me hacked off tooIf you waisted it on this dump.

Great getaway spot!

Cute little apartment! They obviously consider details of travel needs/wants. Great owner communication. Secure & quiet building in a central location. A parking spot was never a problem; it's just tight spacing. For a one way street, surprising traffic volume during overnight hours - for light sleepers. Overall, terrific spot for a getaway!

Disappointed! Photos and description not accurate

The pictures online make this condo building and pool look amazing. Not true! The building is beat up, the pool was not appealing and dirty, and it definitely needs some updates. The key box to enter the building was broken so sometimes it took 10 tries to enter the building which is not safe, especially after coming home late from Broadway bars. The inside of the condo was adorable but small. The location was great and walking distance to midtown and music row. However, the thermostat didn’t work or control the temp. It was so hot and there are no fans or air movement so it was miserable sleeping. Maybe it would be better to rent this in the winter but on a hot day and night, I do not recommend it. It is a loud, busy neighborhood so opening windows at night wasn’t an option. Also, the toilet didn’t always flush (had to sometimes hold handle down a few times for flushing just toilet paper)and one toilet for 4-6 people is inconvenient. Pretty disappointed for the price.

Perfect Nashville stay

Everything about this place was perfect. The location was exactly what we wanted, in a Music Row and close to The Gulch, the on site parking was a huge bonus. The quality and cleanliness of the accommodation was excellent, and we loved having use of the pool as it was extremely hot weather. Communication from the owners was great, check in and out was simple and straightforward. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location if you like to walk. The owner was quick to respond. Smells nice. We did A LOT of walking so during some downtime we tried to watch TV. We couldn’t watch anything rated “adult”. We couldn’t cast our phones to the TV. The pool area is locked in April so we couldn’t sit by the pool either. There are some spongy spots in the floors of the condo. Otherwise, a good place to lay your head for a couple of nights.

Wonderful Condo!

This condo is truly amazing. The location could not be beat, the decorations on the inside were just perfect, cleanliness was a 10+ and it was very quiet. I am so glad we stayed here… We enjoyed the local restaurants and bars that were less than a 2 to 3 minute walk compared to the Broadway way bars. This will definitely be a place we stay in the future- and I can’t wait!

fantastic stay!

It was our first time visiting Nashville and this place couldn’t have been in a better spot! There are tons of bars, restaurants and shops you can walk to in the area or you are short Uber drives from all the places in the area! The place was clean and portrayed exactly as it was in the photos! It was plenty of space for me and my friend while we stayed!

Highly recommend staying at this property!

My wife, myself and children loved the property and the cleanliness and updated furniture with a music twist with the guitars hanging on the walls. I couldn’t be more pleased with our stay. The property owner was so pleasant to speak with. I give this property a 5 star rating!

The location of the rental was perfect! We walked everywhere.

The hosts were amazing and gave detailed instructions so checkin and checkout was easy. The condo was updated and very clean. I would definitely recommend this place or booking with Lacy.

Great Nashville Condo

Loved visiting Nashville, and the condo that we stayed at was very nice. Suited our needs perfectly. It is a small condo, but it was just what we needed. There were four of us celebrating our 50th birthdays in Nashville, and this condo was just was perfect for us. If you need a nice place to stay for a Nashville visit, look at this condo!

Girl’s Trip

In town for a 50th birthday. This apartment was perfect for our group of four ladies. Location was convenient. The apartment was very clean, had all the amenities we needed and we really enjoyed the pool after being out and about during the day. Lacey was great to work with. We would absolutely stay here again.

Awesome Place!

Property was clean and just as described in the pictures! Owners were super helpful and answered all my questions and answered very quickly! Location was great! Not too far away from downtown but not right in the middle! I will definitely recommend this property to friends and look forward to staying here again! :)
