TRANQUIL SETTING: Cozy and comfy cottage with big double-pane windows and large skylight, french doors, open kitchen and beautiful outdoor space. Commune with nature from the spacious deck right outside the living room and bedroom. Have a bbq or just hang-out at the outdoor patio/bar.

PERFECT LOCATION: Very private yet walking distance to the quaint Montclair village with unique shops, diverse restaurants and bars. Few mins walk to the hiking trails. Take the bus (3 blocks away) or BART (4 miles) to SF. Approx 8-10 min drive to Berkeley, Cal campus, Jack London Square, DT Oakland, Oakland Zoo and Lamorinda area. Only 7 homes on our block. Note that the street can be busy during rush hour. One parking space available in the driveway.

THE SPACE: As you enter the house, you will feel like you are in an art gallery (an eclectic collection of art from friends of the owner). The bedroom has a huge picture window which makes you feel like you're in a tree house. Many species of birds come and go all day and you may see the deer family that lives nearby. You may hear the mini waterfall from nearby Sausal Creek. The 9-hole golf course behind the house has a driving range, restaurant and bar (where you can meet local regulars).

SIMPLY GOURMET: Enjoy the well-equipped remodeled kitchen with a professional Viking stove. You are welcome to use the spices and whatever you want in the pantry. There's a Nepresso machine, a mini air-fryer and a Magic Bullet to make smoothies, custom pottery plateware and 3 paella pans.
