We are walking distance to Piedmont Ave which has a grocery store, several coffee shops, yoga studio, wine bars, Fenton Creamery and The Piedmont Theatre.



The Space:

Charming and unique studio apartment located near Piedmont Ave in Oakland. This quirky space features a distinctive claw-footed tub, adding a touch of vintage charm. Please note, this studio has a single sink located in the full kitchen, which comes complete with all essential appliances. Perfect for those who appreciate eccentric living spaces.



This cute studio that has a queen size bed, a dining table that can also be used as a work space.



The only sink in the studio is the sink in the kitchen, just so you're aware. We do have an over the toilet European sink so if you want to wash your hands in the bathroom that is available. We also added a TV with Network Apps that you can log in with your own account (no cable).



The studio is within walking distance of Piedmont Ave that has a grocery store, coffee shops, wine bars and restaurants.



Street parking only.

Guests have access the studio, it's a completely separate unit.

The MacArthur Bart Station is 1 mile away. There are several bus stops within close walking distance.
