Beachwalk is a pristinely landscaped, Oceanfront condominium complex with pool and boardwalk beach access located in secluded Pine Knoll Shores, only minutesaway from Emerald Isle and Atlantic Beach! For you nature enthusiasts, Pine Knoll Shores is a virtual bird and turtle sanctuary at the beach! This condo is perfectly located, you are only minutes from the North Carolina Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores, shopping, restaurants, and much more!

Beachwalk 112 is a bright and beachy, first floor, Oceanfront condo, surrounded by lush foliage. Ocean views can be seen from inside and on the deck. Extremely easy access to the property - no steps, no elevator needed, and parking is only a few feet from the front door! Enjoy lounging, morning coffee, or dinnertime on the expansive private balcony deck area and make use of the easy access from the deck (see photos) directly to the community beach access and the pool! The Community Pool is typically open May 1st - September 30th daily 9am-11pm.

Living Area contains a 37" HD Smart Roku TV, DVD Player, and Queen Sleeper Sofa (linens not provided). Dining Area has table seating for 6. Well stocked kitchen with a coffee maker, coffee grinder, kuerig, toaster oven, blender, and crockpot. All bathrooms have tile floors. Bedroom #1 offers a Queen Bed, TV, and shared bath acess. Bedroom #2 (Master) has a King Bed, private bath, TV, and Deck access with gorgeous Ocean views. Bedroom #3 has 2 Twin Beds, TV, and private bath.

Additional Beachwalk 112 Amenities: High Speed Wireless Internet Access Provided! 37" HD Smart Roku TV in living area, 3 additional Smart Roku TVs - one in each bedroom, 2 DVD Players, 2 Stereos/CD Players, an Answering Machine, a Microwave, a Dishwasher, a Washer/Dryer, Central Heat/Air, a Covered Deck with Furniture, Beach Chairs, and an Umbrella.

PLEASE NOTE:

--Even though this is a keyless rental, you must stop by our AB office to pick up your Check-In Packet with Parking Passes. CHECK-IN LOCATION FOR THIS PROPERTY IS AT OUR ATLANTIC BEACH OFFICE.

--Parking limit 2 cars - parking pass per car required. Boats and trailers are not permitted from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Linens and Towels provided with Beds Made for Weekly stays.

No Pets.

Rents Weekly only Saturday - Saturday. Rents Nightly with a 3 night minimum in advance October 1st - March 31st, last minute September 15th - 30th and April 1 - May 15th. HOA does not permit Nightly rentals May 16th - September 14th.

Please Note:
(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
