This property has been a vacation rental for 20 years with repeat after repeat guest. Do issues arise, yes, but given the fact this guest had two weeks at the property and did not report these items other than ask about where the trash was and how to use the fireplace, they also apparently expected full supplies like a hotel the whole time there. We only provide a starter package to begin your stay When a guest departs and you know nothing about these issues but a week later they email and say, what are you willing to do before I review, well that is a huge red flag to me. We do not buy reviews. And when we didn’t, well you see the response. Property managers beware. Homeowners beware. Do not rent to this person unless you expect to give back 20-50% of the booking.
