Nous avons acheté cette propriété en 2007 et est un match parfait pour notre propriété adjacente trÚs populaire 'Beach Recess I'. Vous serez en mesure de voir et d'entendre l'océan depuis la salle de séjour, salle à manger et cuisine. Si vous ne avez pas réservé vos vacances face à l'océan, ce est le moment.

Imaginez se réveiller dans notre lit king nouvelle taille, en regardant votre programme TV préféré sur notre nouveau "40 télévision dans le salon ou à la télévision dans la chambre, et en regardant le front de mer de la chambre. Imaginez-vous regardant l'océan à partir de votre salon ou salle à manger avec votre boisson préférée, accéder à l'Internet avec notre connexion sans fil tout en regardant les dauphins nager par et surfeurs attraper les vagues. Imaginez-vous assis sur la terrasse dans la prise de l'aprÚs-midi dans un peu de soleil tout en lisant votre livre préféré.

We have stayed on Mission Beach in the past, but staying here set a new bar for satisfaction. The accommodations were wonderful and the beach & ocean views were spectacular. The cleanliness and general attention to details made you feel like you were home, not a visitor!

Celebrating 80th birthday

Can’t say enough good things about this place!! My “boyfriend” and I enjoyed perfect weather, perfect views of the ocean. We went to sleep listening to the waves! My family stayed nearby and we celebrated my 80th birthday at the ocean. This location was perfect and the place immaculate.

My stay here was exactly what I needed. Listening and watching the waves and the surfers all day was the peace and quiet I was looking for. The parking was perfect and and access to the unit was easy. The kitchen had everything you would need for meal prep but I just ordered delivery, except for the coffee machine, that I used every day. I would highly recommend this location for its location right on the beach and a very responsive and helpful owner.

Third time, every one a charm

Third time here, and wonderful just like the first two times. Perfect area (for us - walks on the beach, restaurants, access to SD) and the place has plenty of space. It also has everything we need. If for some reason you have to do a little work, nothing better than doing it while listening to the waves and looking out at the beach. Can't wait to come back.

3rd Times a Charm

This was our 3rd stay at this location. We absolutely love the beach, the neighborhood and all that the neighborhood has to offer. Great eats and drinks are right there. The condo is very comfortable and is complete with all the items needed to make a nice dinner in house if you so choose. We look forward to our 4th stay, we love this place that much.

Mission Beach

Ocean front property with great view. Lots of dining options within walking distance. Two suggestions: update the instructions for using the tvs (the remote control at the property is different from the instructions); and equip the property with a squeegee and window scrubber. We had rain that spotted the windows with no way to clean them.

Perfect Summer Getaway

Loved staying at Kurt and Kelly’s beachfront condo. The beach is literally your front yard, the bay is less than a 5min walk away. Lovely sunsets and soothing sounds of the ocean waves at night. Enjoyed getting juices and smoothies at Funky Lemon and exploring pockets of San Diego and La Jolla
 all less than 15 min drive away. Fun times!

Exceptional Vacation

It was great waking up every morning to an ocean view. We enjoyed watching people on the beach and in the water. We were able to ride our bikes to various destinations nearby. It's a great place to stay for two people.

2nd time staying here. Again, it was just terrific. Love being able to wake up and take a few steps to the beach. As last time, the place is in great shape with everything you might need/want close by.

Relaxing and comfortable

Thank you for opening your condo to visitors! We had yet another wonderful stay on the beach. The bed is so comfortable that you just melt away to a restful slumber. Your place is in one of the best locations on the beach. So close to great restaurants and bars all within walking distance. Hope to return to your location next year. Very clean right on the beach

Excellent Location!

This is a fabulous location and Kurt was a very responsive host. Beach and boardwalk are outside your doorstep. Walking distance to many restaurants and grocery store is just a short drive. You can chill on the beach, walk, bike, or people watch on the boardwalk. Many area activities/places of interest are only 5-30 minutes away. My husband and I stayed with our 11 year old son and the amount of space worked just fine. It's small, but you can't beat the location. Everything was comfortable and like home - but with a bonus awesome beachy view! We fell asleep listening the the waves. We had a designated parking spot and a washer/dryer. If you're reading the reviews/details of this location and like what you see don't hesitate to book. If we have the chance, I'd for sure book this location again.

Amazing location.

This property was perfect for us. Close to everything we wanted to do, clean, cozy, great neighbors, parking, and a beautiful view. We really enjoyed eating dinner at the table and watching the sun go down every night. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for my wife and me!

Exactly what we wanted & needed for a getaway. Plenty of places to go out to for food, easy to make food in the kitchen. Loved hearing and watching the ocean from the sofa, dining table, and so easy just to go to the beach itself. Went on runs and walks and never did run out of beach. Very responsive host for the few times I needed to get a hold of them. And our own parking spot which is required in this area.

Mission Beach’s Finest

Thank you so much for opening up your VRBO to us. It was wonderful and had beautiful views from anywhere you sit. We had smiles on our faces for the entire visit. Walked to the bakery in the morning and to a few restaurants in the evening. Very comfortable and clean, with everything we needed. The only sad part was having to leave this gem on the beach! We will be back!

Best Beach Location!!!

Fantastic location right in the center of Mission Beach! Great for walking, biking, etc. Easy short walks to many places to eat and drink.. Very fast internet--I had a couple of Zoom meetings with no issues and streaming was faster than home.

Amazing location and stay

This is my second time staying at Kurt's beachfront property. The apartment itself is perfect for two people. It is stocked with everything you need and always clean. The best part is being right on the beach/boardwalk. You can't beat this location. It's a little oasis.

Beautiful

The view alone is priceless! Clean and comfy Condo with an amazing view of the ocean with the sounds of the water and being steps away from the beach! Perfect location! Great for families or couple vacation! We even got to see the dolphins swimming, so beautiful! Highly recommend!

He has been married for 41 years to Kelly, loves the ocean, loves triathlons, and loves to surf. We are delighted to own two adjoining ocean front properties. We are graduates of San Diego State and have been educators and more for several years.
