- We have one dedicated parking spot for an SUV available in front of house. The parking spot will not fit a truck.

- We have a level 2 EV outlet - please bring your own NEMA 14-50 charger to plug in, we do not provide one.

- You will need to climb stairs - there are 3 flights of stairs and 4 stories.

- No access to mailbox: We don't have access to USPS mailbox. All deliveries need to be at the doorstep. Please make sure to have it delivered only while you are present at home to not inconvenience guests before/after you, and prevent lost packages/theft.

- Extra services available at additional cost for guest comfort: Please inquire and reserve 72 hours in advance for most services as they may not be available last minute:

3 AM - 6 AM (0.75X night rate)
