The coach house is part of the multi million pound Hamilton and is a modern barn conversion styled & renovated with luxury holiday letâs in mind. This barn conversion is designed to give it the unique English gent feel. This spectacular holiday home offers a king size bedroom, large bathroom, double bedroom with ensuite & 2single beds with ensuite fully equipped kitchen & spacious lounge area with smart TV.
this property has a hot tub and large communal grounds perfect for our furry friends.
The coach house is part of the multi million pound Hamilton Development dating back to 1713 and in 1986 was made a Grade 2 listed building. Itâs location is superbly situated for those wishing to explore the South Lake District, Yorkshire Dales & Lancashire. However, on the doorstep there are some incredible walks and lovely cafes & townâs worth a visit! Close by is the village Scorton, with a wonderful 3 mile walk around Nicky Nook show casing views of the Forest of Bowland, Heysham & Morecambe. This walk ends by two very well-known cafes, The Apple Store & The Barn. Both are worth a visit during your time here! The market town of Garstang is just down the road and offers a variety of shops, cafĂ©s and pubs, as well as a weekly Thursday market. The historic city of Lancaster boasts a wealth of restaurants, shops and pubs; or head up to the castle for stories of the famous Pendle witches. The area is perfect for those wishing to enjoy the fresh country air and explore the local footpaths or cycle the quite country lanes.
Further afield, the propertyâs location is near to both the Lake District and Yorkshire Dales National Parks giving you easy access to some of Britainâs most stunning landscapes and Areas of Outstanding Natural Beauty, such as Arnside and Silverdale, and the Forest of Bowland. Picturesque nearby towns and villages offer the finest in local produce, food and drink, award-winning gastro-pubs and tourist attractions.
there is a large 6person hot tub facing the large scenic garden area.
there is also large communal gardens perfect for letting our furry family members roam and play.
you will notice picnic benches is the gardens, courtyards and other areas where you can unwind and have a nice relaxing time, glass of wine and switch off from the outside world.
I am personally on the development most days Monday- Friday and I am always happy to help and assist if required
the Hamilton is situated on the a6 bit is in a rural area. there are farms and fields all around.
there are stunning walks up Nicky Nook and lovely villages on the doorstep such as Scorton and Garstang.
the development is situated on the a6 and 6miles one way is Lancaster and 10miles the other way is Preston and Blackpool.
we are located in a perfect place whether you want to travel to the above or go a touch further a field to Morecambe and the Lake District.
there are bus stops situated directly outside for commuting anyway .
