Ojai Valley - Pool and Pickle Ball

This fully renovated farmhouse, situated on two private acres in the Upper Ojai Valley, is the perfect escape from city life. The property offers indoor/outdoor living at its finest, providing the perfect place to both relax and play. 2 Private Acres: 50’ Pool + Spa Pickleball Court Outdoor Kitchen + Fire Pit + BBQ + Pizza Oven Yoga Room or Massage Room or Office Horseshoe + In Ground Trampoline + Tree Swing Main House: Master Bedroom - King Bed Guest Room 1 - Queen Bed Guest Room 2 - Two Bunk Beds with full on the bottom and twin on top Movie Theater Room Chef’s Kitchen Please be sure to read the Guest Manual/House Rules before requesting to book. All rules must be followed at all times. We want to ensure that everybody has the best stay possible, knowing what to expect while staying at our property. There is an additional fee to heat the pool. April 16 - October 31: $175/day. November 1 - April 15: $400/day for the pool. Groups larger than 6 people will be charged an additional per person fee ($150/person/day) as well as an additional $150 cleaning fee. Absolute max is 8 people. We require a complete guest list (for liability reasons) at least 24 hours before check-in. No additional day visitors are allowed. Events are not allowed & no outdoor noise past 10pm. Pets (including service dogs) are NOT permitted. This is not a kid-friendly property. We are very selective on groups with children – advance permission must be granted. We have outdoor cameras throughout the property that we monitor daily (no indoor cameras). We have a strict cancellation policy. We strongly recommend that you arrange travel insurance to cover any cancellation costs in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
