Stunning New Construction Steps From The Beach
This spacious two-story coastal getaway in Pierpont Bay, Ventura, comes equipped with ocean views, beach-modern fixtures, upscale appliances, a fire pit, bikes, beach gear, child-friendly amenities and a brand new hot tub. Just steps from the sand, it has everything you need for the perfect family vacation.
The space:
Contemporary style 3 bedroom/3.5 bath vacation home offers plenty of natural light and an open floor plan with ocean and mountain views from the 2nd floor. The home is suitable for all ages, featuring a living room, kitchen, dining area, family game room, deck, laundry room, backyard (with hot tub and fire pit) and central air/heat throughout. The spacious living room features 14-foot ceilings with a new 65â Samsung Frame TV above the mantle. The pristine kitchen features all new stainless steel appliances (Bertazonni & Bosch), Caesar stone countertops and comes fully equipped for even the most discerning home-chef. A counter height kitchen island seats 4, while the adjacent dining room table seats 8-12. The deck off the living room includes comfortable seating to enjoy watching the waves crash on the beach. There is a new Weber gas grill (grilling utensils provided) perfect for grilling a delicious summer BBQ.
All bedrooms boast 10-14 foot ceilings and are decorated to perfection with all new furnishings. The master bedroom has a king size bed, 2 nightstands, dresser, desk, 55â TV and a walk-in closet off the master bathroom. The second bedroom has a new queen size bed, 2 nightstands, lamps, dresser, chair, a large double closet and a 32â TV. The third bedroom features 2 twin-sized bunk beds with 2 trundles (6 beds total), shelving unit, dresser, chair and a large double closet. Additionally, each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, each with clean designs and large shower-stalls. THERE ARE NO BATHTUBS, but we offer a portable baby bathtub upon request. This home also offers brand new full size washer and dryer units in the laundry room off the kitchen.
The over-sized garage has been converted into an inviting family game room, complete with a large cozy couch, 65â TV, ping-pong table, foosball and a mini-refrigerator. There are also an abundance of books, family games and puzzles in the nearby âkids nookâ to keep the little ones entertained.
The private backyard oasis offers two lounge chairs, a fire pit and a seating area (with umbrella) to soak up some rays. Rinse off the beach sand in an open outdoor shower before taking a relaxing hot tub to complete the day (seats 5-6).
Other amenities include 2 adult bikes, 1 youth bike, 1 bike with training wheels, 2 youth helmets, beach towels, 4 beach chairs, 2 boogie boards, 1 beach umbrella, 1 beach cart and various beach toys.
Home comes with Free WiFi, water filtration system, beer/wine fridge, gas grill, linens/towels, keyless entry, hairdryer, iron, washer/dryer, 240V/50A electric car outlet (NEMA 14-50), 4 Smart TVs and Spectrum cable (streaming).
Local Pierpont restaurants and shopping are within walking distance. Ventura Harbor is two miles away and the house is just a 5 min drive to Main Streetâs local eateries and shops.
