Welcome to the Kebler Home! This beautiful stand-alone home backs up to National Forest Land yet sits only a few blocks from historic downtown Crested Butte, and offers easy access to the year-round free shuttle between town and Mount Crested Butte ski area.

This house can accommodate up to 10 people; it offers 4 bedrooms, 2.5 baths, and plenty of living space filled with natural light - look out on the beautiful natural surroundings as you prepare for a day of adventure in Crested Butte!

Enter through the mudroom which offers plenty of space for all your skis/snowboards/gear. Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor as well as one full bathroom and a laundry nook complete with washer, dryer, and complimentary laundry supplies.

The first bedroom on the ground floor is quite spacious and includes a generously sized closet. The room offers a queen sized bed, fresh linens, full sized closet with hangers, laundry hamper, and plenty of towels. This room boasts a stunning yard and forest view; the perfect place to recharge.

The second bedroom, also located on the ground floor, sleeps up to 4 people. This room includes a queen sized bed as well as a bunk bed. This room also offers beautiful yard/forest views. Crack the window to listen to the nearby Coal Creek as it makes its way into town.

The third bedroom offers plenty of square footage as well as a king sized bed and full closet.

The first full bathroom is located on the ground floor as well; complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided!

This house truly becomes a home as you climb to the second floor where the kitchen, dining room, and living room all share a generously sized open floor plan filled with natural light. Relax with your coffee in the morning at the ample bar seating in the kitchen; starter supply of standard coffee is provided. If you prefer to be on the other side of the bar, take advantage of the fully stocked kitchen featuring beautiful wooden cabinets and stainless steel appliances. This kitchen has everything you need to create a feast for your entire group!

The dining area features a large (collapsable) table with seating for 8-10 surrounded by large windows overlooking the beautiful yard and sunny, wrap around deck. In the living room, kick back on the couch and enjoy the 55” LCD TV with complimentary Hulu Live and a Roku. This space is well lit with natural light and provides the perfect place for the whole family to kick back after a wonderful Crested Butte day.

The Master Bedroom provides a sanctuary in and of itself, enter the Master Living Quarters to a spacious sitting room with a desk (printer provided), and a small futon. This sitting room also provides added closet and storage space. Up a short flight of stairs in the loft, waits a king sized bed; refuel after a long day in this cozy area and wake up to the beautiful nature views. The spa-style Master Bathroom also located in the private master living quarters features beautiful tile floors, a large jacuzzi tub, and a separate stand-up steam shower.

Last but not least, is an outdoor sauna made from a restored shed from historic Irwin, CO; add water & essential oils for an amazing dry sauna!

*Homeowners and management reserve the right to cancel any reservation within 48 hours of booking if the guest has a 4 star rating or below.

*PETS: 2 DOGS maximum are considered with an additional pet fee of $50.00/dog/night (sorry, no kitties). If your dog becomes a nuisance in the neighborhood or barks in your absence, you will be asked to leave. Our top priority is protecting the peaceful nature of this neighborhood for the long-term locals who live there. You must pick up after your pet, rain or shine - blizzard or no blizzard.

*No AC! There are only a handful of hotels with air conditioning in Gunnison County, although there are PLENTY of gorgeous lakes and rivers to cool off in. Do not expect AC at this property.

*Parking Disclosure: 2-3 parking spots in the driveway; DO NOT block the neighboring driveway. Street parking is free; follow posted signage diligently to avoid tickets.
