The Space:

This townhouse is located in the town of Crested Butte within walking distance of everything you need.  The unit is centrally located - the heart of downtown is a quick 5 minute walk away or a 7 minute shuttle bus ride to the ski slopes. The school playground is just across the street and there are two parks nearby. The upstairs living allows for great natural light and a cozy, warm atmosphere in the main living space.  Note: There is a loft w/stairs off the kitchen behind the gas stove, but that area is now for storage as town regulations don't allow sleeping or habitation because of the lack of safe egress.



The unit has hardwood floors, a gas fireplace and in-floor radiant heat. There are two bedrooms downstairs. The primary has a king and the secondary bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed and a separate queen bed.  This property sleeps 6 total. There are 2 full baths, one upstairs and one downstairs.  A fully stocked kitchen set up for gourmet cooking rounds out this property. The balcony has beautiful views, a gas grill and dining table with seating for 8, plus 2 additional lounge chairs - perfect for relaxing! Note: outdoor table and chairs have been stored during winter months, so not pictured in current photos.



The unit has a full size washer/dryer. There is satellite TV in the master and family room. The master has a TV with DVD. This family friendly unit is stocked with lots of fun games just in case of a rainy day.  



All of our kitchens are fully stocked with pots, pans, cookware and utensils. While most properties have salt, pepper, and basic cooking pantry items, we do not guarantee these will be available upon arrival.



You cannot find a better deal in the town of Crested Butte!



No smoking of any kind is allowed inside or outside the property.  Failure to follow these rules will incur extra cleaning fees.  There is only 1 off-street parking space.



Please note that we do count all children and infants in the headcount for the property.

The Neighborhood:

This house is located in Crested Butte on the Southeast side of town next to the school. The business district starts a few blocs away.



Getting Around:

A car would be beneficial.
