This 3-bedroom townhome is located in the Seaton Village neighbourhood of Toronto, just west of downtown. You'll be a short walk to Christie Pits Park, which is the home of the Dominico Field (home of the Toronto Maple Leafs). There's tons of restaurants, cafes, shopping and nightlife along nearby Bloor St. and a variety of grocery stores in the neighbourhood. The townhome features 3 full sized beds, 3 bathrooms, and can host up to 4 guests at a time.

This townhome can host up to 6 guests at a time! There are two bedrooms on the second floor of the townhouse, and the third bedroom is in the basement. They all have full sized beds. There is a full bathroom with a shower and bathtub on the second level of the home, and another full bathroom on the first floor and also in the basement suite.
The ground level kitchen is equipped with an oven and stove-top element, a full sized fridge/freezer combo unit, and microwave oven. You'll find everything you need to prep a home cooked meal in the cabinets. The kitchen also has a sliding glass door that leads out onto the patio.
You'll find a TV in the living room, with high speed internet connection of course! We'll keep you connected during your stay, and offer dedicated laptop-friendly work stations in the bedrooms.
You'll be a short walk to Christie Pits Park, which is a lively recreational area with ball fields & courts, children's play areas & a community garden. It's home to Alex Duff memorial pool, which has a waterslide and large public swimming area; and the Sid Smith Artificial Ice Rink. There are drop in hockey times for all ages and skill levels throughout the winter and theres a mini change room and bathroom that's accessible to all. Christie Pits also hosts the Toronto Maple Leaf's home games at Dominico Field.
You'll also be an 8 minute walk from Farm Boy Market, they provides a unique, friendly, fresh-market shopping experience featuring signature farm-fresh produce, butcher-quality meats, artisan cheese, fresh dairy, and popular private-label products.

You'll be a short walk to Christie Pits Park, a lively recreational area with ball fields & courts, children's play areas & a community garden.
The neighborhoods in the West End of Toronto revolve around High Park and its rural setting provides the perfect backdrop for the beautiful leafy streetscapes and the Craftsman-style architecture that the West End is famous for.
As well as being home to some of the nicest neighborhoods in Toronto and being known as a trendy part of the city, there are lots of places that you can explore. Many of the top Eastern European bakeries and food shops are situated in Roncesvalles Village in the West End, so if you are a foodie, then this area should be at the top of your bucket list.
A jewel in the crown of the West End is High Park, which is Toronto’s largest public park, and here you can enjoy lots of walking trails, picnic areas, gardens and even a zoo. High Park is also home to independent gifts shops, restaurants and just south of High Park is the Humber Bay Arch Bridge, one of the city’s most iconic structures, and a great spot to see Toronto’s skyline.
Swansea Village is an idyllic neighborhood in the West End as it overlooks the Humber River. It is where Lucy Maud Montgomery, the world-renowned Canadian novelist who wrote the famous Anne of Green Gables book, lived. Bloor West Village is known amongst Torontonians as the birthplace of Toronto’s Business Improvement Areas.
Getting Around:
Dovercourt Park (also known as Dovercourt Village) in Toronto is well-served by public transit, with Ossington and Dufferin Stations (Line 2 - Bloor-Danforth) providing quick subway access to downtown. The area is also covered by several TTC bus and streetcar routes, including the 63 Ossington and 29 Dufferin buses, as well as the 506 Carlton streetcar. Cyclists can take advantage of nearby bike lanes on Shaw St and Davenport Rd, while drivers have easy access to Bloor St W, Dupont St, and the Gardiner Expressway for citywide travel. Uber, Lyft, and Beck Taxi are readily available, and the nearby Bloor GO/UP Express Station offers a fast connection to Pearson Airport and Union Station.
