We had a wonderful time and loved the views. The place was amazing. The host communicated with us and was on top of responding if we had any questions. However, everything was pretty much clear. We would definitely book this place again! Also, positive note we were able to see bears which was our favorite!!

We loved the cabin ,it was great. Unfortunately the cleaning wasn't up to our standards, very dusty ,bugs on the floor, also sheets should be pulled every time someone leaves that way you know your cleaners are washing them . I was unsure about my sheets because the place wasn't that clean so it makes you think that the cleaners are lazy and maybe take a short cut . The sleeper sofa was awful , know one could sleep on it due to you could feel the metal coils so bad.

I have shared your concerns with our cleaning crew. This is definitely not up to their standards either, and they are working to address where things may have fallen through the cracks. I also appreciate you flagging the sleeper sofa. I will look into upgrading the mattress for a more comfortable night's sleep.

This was a great place to stay away from the crowds but near enough to get to entertainment within 30 min. Recommend picking up food from the food trucks and ordering a pizza at the local place nearby. Game room was heavily used by the family and pool and hot tub. Porch is nice in the morning to drink coffee. Sunsets are nice.

My family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this property. My family liked it so much that we ended up staying an extra night. This was our third time we have stayed in a cabin in the area and this one ranks up there as one of the best. The view of the mountains is absolutely amazing. My wife and I sat and drank coffee in the morning on the patio and was memorized by God's beauty. My 11-year-old loved the game room and the pool. We saw several bears from our patio. Kelly the host/owner was a blessing to deal with.

Wonderful stay! We saw bears 3 different days very close (on the street and right out back). The host was wonderful, so many amenities. The only issue we had was gnats on the top of the pool but I don’t think you can prevent this. We skimmed a few times a day, temperature was good! Would definitely stay again. Would like to go yearly!

This cabin is gorgeous, well-kept, and provides beautiful mountain views. Kelly was a great host, and she even left little treats out for our small dog. Our 14 and 10 year old boys especially loved the pool and arcade. I highly recommend staying at The Preserve Pool Lounge.

Beautiful Cabin! Very clean and cozy. Lots of room. The views from the balconies were gorgeous. Very quiet and relaxing. My kids loved the indoor heated pool and hot tub was awesome. Owner very easy to communicate with. Not far drive to all the things…Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, Gatlinberg but far enough where you are out of the hustle bustle. We are already talking about coming back to the same cabin next year!

Cannot say enough about our stay at the Preserve Pool lodge! Everything was completely as is based on the posting. Host Kelly was so helpful and timely with communications which made everything easy. The pool and hot tub were so clean and we enjoyed them so much, especially for our 6 year old! The gaming room was also a huge hit. Even saw a few bears close to the property! We will definitely be back.

Great cabin. Lots of space. Fun games. Clean. Kelly is fantastic with communication. Had an issue with the heat in the pool room and Kelly went above and beyond to have it taken care of. We really enjoyed our time and would stay again.

My name is Kelly. I was born and raised in Florida. After meeting my husband, we moved to Iowa for a while but have now lived in Texas for the past 20 years. We have 2 children that are now in college. Becoming a vacation rental host has been my empty nest adventure.

I started hosting in Tennessee because we love the Smoky Mountains! Our family has always enjoyed the outdoors with hiking and spotting wildlife and there are so many attractions in the area to enjoy. One of our favorite activities is Zip Lining.

One of the reasons I became a host is that I want to provide a comfortable and inviting setting for families to gather. A vacation rental home is so much more enjoyable than a hotel for families or groups.

I love hosting because it has given me the opportunity to communicate with guests from all over the county. So far, I have had guests from as far as Miami, FL, and Biddeford, ME.

I hope that you will decide to book a vacation at my place. I am always available for questions so feel free to reach out if you need any more information. I usually check messages up until 9 PM Central Time.
